Thanks Josh. We have found that spending time outside together is the very best way to handle these days. We spent the day out in the woods today with our snowmobiles and chainsaws cutting wood. We had a boil up and enjoyed the beauty of the day👍

I'm corrections, so I'm not at home staying safe - in fact where I work we're all a little stressed out these days... but, man, your video reminds me of better times and took me away from it all. I can't thank you enough. Secondly, the guy who rolls out moose steak and bannock never has to apologize for turkey bacon! Lol! Things are so different in the world these days....seeing others now almost feel like a threat....even seeing friends is strange now as you just can't communicate.....I spoke to my favourite cabin buddies from out on their front lawn while they stayed inside....normally we would be together most of the time....needless to say I am waiting for it all to settle down as well....lets just pray it's not too too long into the future👍
As a boy, I lived in Schefferville and Labrador City, and these memories still live strong within me, along with the lessons I learned in the bush. These sorts of memories will do your son well in his life. I am 68 now, and I pray you both remain strong and well during this Covid pandemic. Thanks for sharing the video; I subscribed today also.

I'm a bit Surprised that you of all ppl haven't Seen these stoves before. Wish I could afford one of them, if I could though this model would be the one I'd choose. The open window ONES are always a bit more money but Definitely Worth it. Plus Not having to put it together is A Huge plus on these types. My Camping stove is like that, folds down but pops Right up, No Stupid pins or rods. Great video thanks.
I always look for a better tent stove. I built them over the years too. But I always wanted a good one that was durable and would rust/burn out in a few years. I saw this one and the glass front was just the icing on the cake. I’m so in love with it (in case you couldn’t tell!😂). Good to hear from you as always 👍

Awesome I had a similar relationship with my dad here on the Avalon we spent lot time in the country. We haven't as many Good spots here anymore for the good fishing unfortunately so I enjoy the videos from the big land.

HI CHUCK LOVED THE VIDEO WILL PROBABLY PURCHASE ONE OF THE WOOD CAMP STOVES FOR MY ESKIMO FATFISH 949I, I"M CURIOUS AS TO WHY YOU DONT WEAR A SNOWMOBILE HELMENT WHEN YOUR DRIVING YOUR SLED . ANDREW LOOKS LIKE HE REALLY ENJOYED THE TRIP .
We do wear our helmets when we are on the groomed trail system, driving alone, when the snow conditions are harder, or on longer trips. They aren’t required under law here but we still wear them most of the time regardless👍
Me and my son eat turkey bacon all the time. I like real bacon better and my favorite is applewood bacon but turkey bacon is also good and cheaper. You two have caught some pretty good looking fish but I don’t think I would want to set up a tent on a frozen lake especially with a burning stove going. You got more guts than I would have. Good luck with your camping and fishing trip. Stay safe.
My son prefers turkey bacon over the traditional pork bacon as he doesn’t enjoy fatty foods. This was. A wonderful trip for us and we certainly look forward to the next trip for sure!!👍

Another great video. I'm glad I stumbled across your channel. I've got to get one of those stoves, looks like a really quality stove. I've played cribbage while fishing in my ice fishing tent but never with a wood stove and staying over night. You've inspired me to try it this winter for sure.

HI CHUCK LOVED THE VIDEO WILL PROBABLY PURCHASE ONE OF THE WOOD CAMP STOVES FOR MY ESKIMO FATFISH 949I, I"M CURIOUS AS TO WHY YOU DONT WEAR A SNOWMOBILE HELMENT WHEN YOUR DRIVING YOUR SLED . ANDREW LOOKS LIKE HE REALLY ENJOYED THE TRIP .
We do wear our helmets when we are on the groomed trail system, driving alone, when the snow conditions are harder, or on longer trips. They aren’t required under law here but we still wear them most of the time regardless👍

Me and my son eat turkey bacon all the time. I like real bacon better and my favorite is applewood bacon but turkey bacon is also good and cheaper. You two have caught some pretty good looking fish but I don’t think I would want to set up a tent on a frozen lake especially with a burning stove going. You got more guts than I would have. Good luck with your camping and fishing trip. Stay safe.
My son prefers turkey bacon over the traditional pork bacon as he doesn’t enjoy fatty foods. This was. A wonderful trip for us and we certainly look forward to the next trip for sure!!👍
