Good review and although it's a very cool figure but I just can't justify mezco prices. I'll hold out for the mezco 5points 2 figure crow set. Just as cool even though they're 3 inch figures I'm just happy to have some kind of crow figure on my shelf. Happy New year m8 from Scotland 🍻
I have stopped collecting Mezco and sold them all. All these leather and vinyl, they would last only 3 to 5 years the most before they start crumbling like sand even with the faintest touch. I wish they just used a paint covered spandex to mimic the leather. I had those custom made for my Sideshow statues and they are still good after 5 - 7 years.
I’ve been reading that most people with this pleather material that they used 303 protection wipes and kept the figures out of direct sunlight. Which has made them last a lot longer than probably expected. I do agree that mezco probably should’ve just used something different for the The Crow and it would’ve been just as good.
None of mine has knock on wood and my oldest is from 2016 just keep humidity at a good level another trick is to put the silica gel in with the display case to keep moisture out and you can wipe the plether material down with 303 or baby oil or use clear fabric acrylic paint from Amazon for 9.99 you just brush it on it dries clear and you won't ever know you put it on the material
@@johns3153 that’s good hear and I’m also glad to hear there’s more than just the 303 wipes to protect this stuff. Only issue for me is I don’t have the fancy glass cabinets I just have a normal old shelf 😂
@@beefstewed34 me either I just shoped at Ollie's Bargain Outlet a few years ago and picked up basketball plastic cases there big enough i put 3 figures per a case
