A late congratulations. Just came across this vlog. I hate the midwifes always saying to first timer mums that its early labour and we would ahve a long labour. Every labour is different and especially when you have ha dconstractions and waters break the labour intenses and its quite quick. I Remember happening to me and i was at hospital and they woudlnt come to my room and when they came they were sayi g dnt push as they handt prepared the room

Im going theough the latent phase right now im 38 weeks and 5 days so painful but dragging on contractions are so painful when they come on hopefully things move fast im so exhausted

Hiya, congratulations ! Yeah it was the Freya birthing app. It had the breathing exercise and you could time your contractions with it too xx

I’m assuming you mean the birthing app? It’s the Freya app from the positive birth company
i’ve heard so many stories in the UK that the hospital keeps telling them don’t come in yet and women basically almost have the baby in the car
