How to fix iPhone 14 Pro Proximity sensor isn’t working or Display isn’t turning off During Call

- Several users said this can be very helpful if the proximity detector for iPhone doesn't function. Hold press and then release the Volume Up button. Then hold and release the Volume Down button. At last, press and hold the side button for about 10 seconds till your iPhone 14/13/12/11 restarts to a normal state

Thanks, but there one problem I can not fix it, I always using WhatsApp and voice recorder in it, when I put iphone on my ear to listen to WhatsApp voice recorder the screen is not turn off before around 7 seconds, it's always make wrong touch on it.
Hello.! Do the fresh reset if it’s not working just restore your iPhone through iTunes. Make sure your all important data is backed up before restoring your iPhone.

Hi there, i had tried the methods you shared, it doesn't work for me both in Wechat & Whatsapp...The screen turns black very slow while listening to the voice message by ear...Once my ear touches the dynamic island, the screen is scrolling up and down which is very annoying and the voice message i am listening on will pause unexpectedly....T T is it due to IOS 16.2, my friend who is using IOS 16.0.1 on his iphone 14pm has no such issue at all.

I have the same problem in the WhatsApp application on iPhone 14 Pro, and I did not find a solution, I reset the settings, The problem still exists.

@@MPWorLDTech Hice una instalación limpia del iOS y sigue con el problema, parece problema de hardware, ya compare con otros dispositivos iphone 14 pro y les funciona perfecto el sensor de proximidad, pero el mio no se soluciona

@@yunusemreyanar you can fix it by resetting your iPhone from settings or iTunes . Do a fresh setup
