This is my favorite movie! I cannot tell you how many times I am just randomly quoting different lines , mostly from #4! Michael Keaton was such a brilliant cast in this role. Both the movie & his role are underrated! Would have loved to see him do a sequel to this!! Major Hint drop there! 😀

Finally got the opportunity to use the line, “Sorry Steve, That legs Gotta come off!” ... it was definitely a classic moment. I’m going to say it this movie and Young Frankenstein the two movies that will have me laughing every time!

I watch this movie at least once a year...extremely underrated movie! Michael Keaton is by far one of my favorite actors. I often catch mysekf quoting this movie, especially "What do you want me to get under the car?" And "That legs gonna have to come off" 😂😂

I watched this movie for the first time recently and I thought it was a great movie. Michael Keaton is brilliant in the movie and that the script is fun. The humor of the story works very nicely too. Underrated comedy that deserves more attention.

In terms of Keaton's comedy movies, this is Easily his best movie. His performance is incredible and so much fun. Highly memorable and the movie in general. I also think Andi Macdowell had fun chemistry with Michael as well.

Co written by Chris Miller (Animal House), so I would imagine that Doug’s name is a tribute to the late Doug ‘Stork’ Kenny.

I think Michael Keaton would’ve been great in Groundhog Day, in the Bill Murray role opposite Andie Macdowell even though he was considered along with Tom hanks, the late Robin Williams, Chevy chase, etc.

Little trivia for those who don't know. Harold Ramis and co-writer Chris Miller named Michael Keaton's character Doug Kinney as a tribute to the late National Lampoon writer who, along with Harold and Chris, co-wrote the iconic Animal House and then, with Harold and Brian-Doyle Murray, co-wrote and co-produced Caddyshack. Doug died in 1980 after a tragic fall off a cliff in Hawaii. It is still not known whether it was an accident or suicide, the latter triggered by massive drug abuse and his disappointment in the initial reaction to Caddyshack, which was mostly negative reviews and only modest success at the box office.
