Although “buceo” means diving in Spanish, “Bucerias” doesn’t mean place of divers. It might sound like that, but bucerias isn’t a word in Spanish. It’s just the name of the place since the 1930,s when it was a fishing village ( almost a quarter of a century before scuba diving, as we know it was invented). Besides Bucerias is not that great for diving. The name probably refers to “lugar de buceros “ which is the name of a plant species. ( and also an Indonesian bird) Nice place though. Thanks for your videos. They are fun to watch!
Bucear is the verb "to dive" and from that came Bucerias and here that does actually mean "place of divers". The bay is known for the divers who made their living (and still do) cultivating delicious oysters right here in Bucerias. You may want to change your answer to be able to win a week in Mexico ;)

The first shot was the silver crap that they send to the US and CAD, they said "We don't drink this stuff, we send it to you Gringos", the last was an aged in oak dark tequila that was so smooth, I never thought that tequila could taste so good. Maybe I should rename my drunken twin to Sven as well?

We drove from Canada and spent time there in 91’ , 92’ and 94’ camping at Boca De Iguanas. We enjoyed quite a few fish from that bay and really miss it.
