I Like Deep Blue as Chest More in This Deck more for the Cost of Draw Sword but the Rest of the List is nice

Fair enough, both are pretty good. Deep Blue is also cheaper and easier to get, plus it fixes all-red hands

Would CC upgrades be similar just adding a 3rd copy of certain 2 ofs? Looking forward to hopefully more alternative/budget builds of certain heroes in the future, there's a lot of focus on min/maxing for top tier competitive but not a lot for the semi casual/semi serious player that just doesn't wanna drop 600$ on a deck to play CC.

Yep, you can basically just add a third of every card. You can also tinker with other things, like Push Forward, Ironsong Response, Second Swing, Overpower, etc., since you have a lot more deck space, too
