David, the thick broth is Called "Demi glace"......this is what resturant call it ......very strong flavor, has to be thinned out with regular stock. The BanMei looks great and for $ 1 , Wow!!!!!

I eat different types of Banh Mi, I eat different types of Subway, I eat at Wendy, I eat at IN & OUT hamburger, I eat at McDonald's, I eat Japanese Ramen, I eat Japanese Sushi, I eat Korean BBQ, and I like variety of food from different countries.

Dave, great job with the content mate. after watching a few of your videos, a small recommendation would be to distinguish between AUD and USD. some of your videos are in AUD but have been noticing most are in USD. 35k is nearly $2.50 for us poor ass aussies mate hahaha.
