I genuinely miss some of the features from the tech demo. Hopefully we'll see some of them make a return in the next game!

@@SD1ONE manual gearbox was on spintires ans mudrunner at gaming wheels with clutch and gearbox like g25/27 etc. And it allows you to turn on diff and fwd at all gears. At keyboard and mouse you can turn on diff only at 1 and 1+.
The early model of the utility addon in Snowrunner actually isn't unused, the DAN uses it. The DAN also uses some kind of fuel tanker addon which is different from the normal one one that most standard trucks share, but nothing visually seems to be different. Since both of these unique addons are technically different from the normal versions, you must purchase them specially for the DAN because the normal versions cannot be transfered onto it.

We need original ОШЗ ВИ-3 default kraz tires as DLC for all offroad trucks.

I remember playing Spintires with an old 180° Saitek FF wheel and pedals and mouse shifting. The spin of the tires was more controllable with a pedal. Do you remember to align the trailer on Spintires? The stacked long log trailer I miss on Snowrunner and Mudrunner. A little bit more tourque for manual diff lock would be great. I prefer the trucks with a manual AWD and diff lock. And I miss the old Zil. Kamaz, MAZ, Ural, UAZ... And why not an old Kenworth 848, a T800, a W900B, Autocar, Mack, Dodge? But I like theese games, that's for sure! Interesting history video btw! 👌👍
Don't know about other brand but I heard they'll add kenworth & Mac trucks in year pass 3.
In the early days of SnowRunner (MudRunner 2) there was a gauge on the hud. Also looks like cargo capacity was displayed all the time.
I actually was gonna say that. It was before Mudrunner 2 was released and it was featured in the leaked screenshots
I talked to Nextej who knows a lot about this stuff and he showed me a screenshot of early Snowrunner with a minimap on HUD as well.
ive always thought that there should be a proper manual transmission in snowrunner and the entire series in general was a bit dissapointed when it wasnt implemented
Yes, although I never use manual in any racing, etc game as I am keyboard mouse user mainly thus it's hard to operate manual.. but because of Snowrunner slow pace, I might have use manual in this game even with keyboard mouse.
I want spintires back
I know it would be absolutely useless in game, but I hope that developers will make DLC with drivers to choose or with even simple customization (clothes, colors)
The only feature that I truly miss is the function of unloading cargoes from trailers and winched trucks (select where from)

Some of these features could be fun to have. Actually, it'd be a lot of fun to make a return to older regions, which has been done for a few via mods, but still. Try and slog it in The Bog with a Transtar 4070A, hah!

I'm suprised nobobdy mentioned the fact that the roof spoiler IS avalible in SR, more precisly on the Ford CLT9000. I dont blame you tho, I'm not suprised many people forgot the Ford existed.
They should really bring back the Stryker or a Stryker equivalent as a Tatarin alternative

Yes, We can but I had original spintires in mind...I mean there're like 2 versions of spintires original one and revamped one from 2019....I like original in terms of graphics and stuff...I wish two series never splitted
That king of the hill challenge seems fun. I wish they just added those unused scout trailers, the sideboard would be very useful because I pick sideboard for cargo all the time. Also, the trailer similar to Kraz disassembled trailer was cat 770g disassembled gooseneck. From looking into SR files you can see some drivers and skeleton things like that. Maybe the unused driver was unused due to the glitches.
glitches can be easiliy fixed by adjusting FOV because glitch only happen when you zoom out on max FOV setting...It happens because FOV is adjusted accordingly to the existing driver model.

when i saw the pit map, i acctualy think theres still a spintires workshop mod (i might have it) that brings back the pit, or a similar replica
hmm...I've to download a mod to bring it back and that mod has I think modified objective...it has like 5-6 objectives while original pit has 2 objectives.

In my opinion, some combinations of cars with trailers should be available (possibly requiring change hook in the garage). E.g. Ford F 750, TUZs and scout sami trailers.
In old games...both american and russian trucks had different trailers & addons, I wish SR has that type of stuff
@@SD1ONE Yes, but that would make hard mode harder ;) It seems that such a combination of TUZ (Gaz 66) with a small tanker from the scouts is something that exists in reality.
Hey sd1one!!! Have you seen the new "snowrunner trucks DLC" for the Dakar desert rally Game??? Can you compare the tatarin, actaeon, warthog, yar 6x6 and zikz 650R in both games to see differences?

7:15 Unload winched truck. I guess they removed this to prevent people from cheating delivery contest tasks.
Packaged cargo: SP and MR, I think deliver garage can be treated as a secondary, or optional objective. And a DLC of MR, I can't remember the name, is delivering tank trailer as primary objective. In SP, pack different cargo, like 1x[vehicle spare parts] and 1x[cement] on a 2x sideboard bed can have similar look.
And another removed beta feature is loading long log on [long log frame add-on] + [medium trailer] combo. (4:06 th-cam.com/video/nr-KwrH-L2U/w-d-xo.html)
Scout recall is a feature that exists in MR only.
After dev of MR and SR parted from SP, SP developed some new features, including nuclear radiation damage(Chernobyl DLC), tire pressure adjustment(SHERP DLC), other types of cargo(China DLC), rain(make no difference to gameplay, like SR).
Changing of wheels is a feature that absent on MR.
Locked vehicles on map have tarp on it, which will be removed after player unlock them. If memory serves, this only exists on MR.
Approaching and unlocking vehicles that pre-placed on map, the unlocked vehicles will make short hunk. This is SP feature, and if memory serves, this was added with DLC Aftermath.
Later version of SP, after MR, there is a camera that can move freely, reach a long distance from the vehicle that player is driving, can be used to explore map.
On a version of SP, the garage trailer uses B-130's front wheel.
What about ford clt 9000 truck? It has the removable spoiler in SR. 4:59

There is one thing that pisses me off the most is paying for preorder game and getting screwed later by making the content open and also where did manual steering of towed vehicle go?

Biggest thing missing need is cruise control, beacons on by default people can turn off.

I don't have a steering wheels so I never tried it but still It can't be operated via keyboard mouse.

Its not that they wouldn't want official russian logos and brands, but if they, as a company, do not give the license, then you are done and can't do nothing about it. And because of that, I feel like they must change the grills too. I wouldn't blame devs for that, rather those companies.....
About the packages, I dunno how you take it, but like, Snoetunner has packages too. I didn't get your pint at all there...
The only 2 good and meaningful things that got removed were the pvp and unloading winched trucks.

I’ll be forever pissed that they haven’t added the feature ta fold the logging trailers onto the trucks from the previous games, they even put in pole trailers, why not make it so if ya crane them onto the back of a truck like the p16 you can pack it down
Snowrunner trucks share common addons and foldable logging addon might not have been supported by say small chassis trucks. The only way to implement that kind of addon is to firstly make a new addon and then give it to only supported trucks but devs are too busy in year pass 3, etc new content.
Ya I suppose, it would be great if they even added the packable trailers like onto the p16 in later updates

Still...It should be added as with like show/hide toggle option, so that people who want a minimap can use it.
idk what not having mini map does other than killing your momentum while driving to look out for map on an another hud screen
offroad gearboxes in SR have 3 manual gears ("snowrunner" gearbox for scouts and "offroad" for trucks) and advanced special for ZiKZ have several manual gears.
they aren’t manual gearboxes. those are just the extra low gears that those gearboxes provide
noobs don't know in MudRunner you have 3 low gears forward, 3 gears backwards and cruise control. MudRunner win when it comes to gearbox

realizing in snowrunner have very lack of short nosed trucks. i personally not liking long noses truck so much.
Nobody wants any of this garbage, how about fixing the Fake Tire damage for no reason, now that is worth Upgrading 100%

I don't think they'll add them, your best bet is to use mods.
