"Hi I've learned a lot from your videos, thank you! Is there a method in exocad for drawing subgingival margins on intraoral scanned files that allows for removing soft tissue on the buccal and lingual sides? I want to achieve a result similar to margin scraping on stone models, without using freeform modeling. Any advice?"
Definitely you are a Master, I really appreciate all your tips and knowledge that you have. Hope someday be at least one third the professional you are. Thank you sir. 🤩🙌🏻👏🏻🫶🏻
Thanks fo the amazing info provided. We downloaded the library but there is no sdfa files associated. Please let us know how to add to exocad your files and be able to load at detect implant position.
There are no sdfa files but all STL. Copy the entire folder where the files are in, into the Exocad/implant folder. No subfolders!! After that restart the CAD module and you can chose it from the library menu
I appreciate your efforts and videos in spreading knowledge, but what is exactly the purpose of background music? If you were invited to to teach at a conference, do you bring a radio with you and crank up the music to entertain your audience while they listen to you lecture? a lot of steps in your video and many people get easily distracted by unnecessary music
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I understand where you're coming from. My intention with background music is to enhance the viewing experience, but I see how it can sometimes be distracting. Your feedback is valuable, and I'll certainly consider toning it down in future videos to keep the focus on the content. Appreciate your honest feedback!
Thank you for your video, It's amazing. I tried, but in final step, when I need to subtract attachment always I get a failure message. Attachment can't be applyed. There is any secret here to succesfully apply cutter as attachment/subtract ? Thank you verymuch.
There are several reasons why there is a failure. Usually it has to do with the cutter itself. 1) Check if you exported only 1 mesh as the cutter. Double meshes cause errors. 2) the cutter has some errors in itself. import the cutter into Meshmixer and inspect for errors. make the cutter a solid. Export and try again. 3) if you didn't rotate the cutter in the subtraction mode it might fail. The Meshmixer version usually helps.
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 Thank you very very much, I will try all 3 dots and get back here to let you know. I repeat, your wok in this video is really amazing.
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 Hi. I tried several times, both ways(make solid in meshmixer and loading as model am do bottoms) and it worked nicely. Now, understanding your ideea, it make sense, is logical....now I'm asking myself why I didn't think this way before... Thank you very much.
@mariussava6126 you are welcome. I use that technique on all locator and Conus cases to have an internal TI-Bar. If you haven't seen that technique I made a video about it. Thanks for the comment!!
Something is not correct with the cutting tool( the bar). Either you didn't invert it or it's too short. Hard to tell without more information. You can send me the file and I will look at it.
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 , sorry my bad. during your outro in your video. you do separate the bridge from the bar, moving the bridge. How did you do that?

Is it possible to do the same thing in Dental system?

Thank you for your efforts. Can this library be used in all cases of ibar?
Can you specify "All cases"?
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 I mean, are all kinds of implants used in the design of ibar of the multi unit type?

What if we want to create a Finish line between the bar & the zirconia prosthesis with 0.5-1mm thickness ...... is it applicable ?
Change the bar profile. I used the standard bar profile in this example.

i've another question please , Does the steps can be applied with the complex Prosthesis ?

Same thing for me but i followed every step…
I will make a short troubleshooting video to avoid these complications .
What is the software version?
3.2
I need to see this video a couple of times , great work !!! I was wondering how to do this on exocad with out going to B4D
Thank you! I am glad I could help.
it can be used with rosen screws?
No. This Library does not feature Rozen Screws but I can see if I can update it.
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 did you happen to update the library to include the rosen screw M1.4 by any chance and the dess 19018 screw please
No. I would not use Rosen screws on Metal to metal. You risk of never getting them out.
@peterelfar3652 I would not recommend using Rosen screws on Metal to metal. You risk of never getting them out.
@peterelfar3652 the Dess 19.018 long screw you only need for PMMA. There is no need for it on metal bars
u love this jop
Thank you!
👏👏👏
Thank you.
But there is one big problem…its not possible to set minimal thickness…
That is correct. That's why you have to bring in the cutter as a generic mesh before cutting and add the areas where it's minimal thickness.
👏👏❤❤
Thank you!
please i cant get Access to patreon to download the librairie
Thank you for the info. You need to be a Patreon member
(free or paid). I checked, and there are no other settings options for me to change it.
nice. You should give B4D iBar a go. It makes this process extremely easier. Nice nonetheless
Thank you for the comment! I wanted to find a way to stay in Exoxad 😀👍
i think B4D is a little better that this
I have no doubts. It's great to have options so you can choose what works best for you. Thanks for watching the video.
Thanks a lot for the video, now you don't have to buy B4D.. Please write a link to download the libraries
