That ending Jesus... deja vu. I can never tell if Leo is just the most clutch player ever or if Tweek always chokes and blows some big leads... I guess it's a bit of both.

Considering Leo has clutched on many people many times I lean toward Leo being super clutch. Tweek seemed to have a better mindset this tourney.

I honestly think Leo is always super clutch. But Tweek kind of went for a hail mary at the end of game 5 with that waft. He was just hoping he’d catch Leo off guard and didn’t really try to confirm anything into it which cost him the game. If he would have waited out Arsene and then went for a hard read, it wouldn’t have necessarily been as devastating. But that waft put him way too close to the blast zone to survive that Arsene back air. I think people tend to panic when they go to game 5 with Leo. They can keep up until the very end and then they just make a terrible decision. You may be able to get away with 1 or 2 mistakes, but most likely Leo is going to punish you for them. And making a terrible mistake last stock on game 5 will always give Leo the W. Leo is the best, but he’s not unbeatable. He just has the best composure under high stress situations.

Man, Tweek missed a good number of bite mixups; I really wish he would just pick a main and actually stick with them. He can do this well with a character he hasn’t played regularly in a long time, and if he’d been using Wario this whole time, those are the kinds of Wario things he’d be doing more often.
iliya193 completely agree tweeks my favorite player but it’s irritating that he doesn’t stick with a specific main he’s so talented in this game that anyone he picks he plays at a high caliber but he always falls short in the finals.. I think if he had one specific main he’d do God tier things
Tweek actually uses wario a lot, even in this tournament, he's the most experienced wario. If you look it up you'll find out he always uses wario. He is the most experienced wario. And wario is more broken than joker. You fight wario with only 2 stocks. If you've seen competitive smash u should know that
@@jonathanrodriguez-kh3bb I genuinely don't mean to be rude; I just can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. Tweek's been switching mains all over the place since the beginning of the game, with Pokemon Trainer as his most recent one that he played for a few months, including at Evo, he spent some time with Banjo and Kazooie when they came out, he's dabbled with Joker and Wolf, etc. This is pretty much the first time since switching off of Wario all that time ago that he's played a whole tournament with Wario.
Not only that, Gluttony's been a solo Wario main since the game came out and all the way through Brawl and Smash 4, playing a little bit of Lucina as a secondary and a tiny bit of Captain Falcon for fun in Ultimate. He's more familiar with potential bite situations and is better at landing it, among other things. Tweek definitely has more natural ability than Gluttony, which I think is why he beat Gluttony in the ditto, but Gluttony's by FAR the more experienced Wario. He's the one that's done Wario things every day since day one of Ultimate's release, after all. If Tweek would just pick a main and stick with it, I bet he'd have a few more wins under his belt by now. It's fine to try other things, but Tweek's made himself into a jack of all trades and a master of none. Zackray's that way as well but even worse.
As for Wario being more broken than Joker, I think that's just a matter of opinion. While I think the stuff Wario can do is cooler than what Joker can do, I think Joker's higher on the tier list, but I respect your opinion if you disagree.

The main difference between Tweek’s Wario pre-Pokémon Trainer and Summit and beyond is he uses half full and not fully charged wafts way more similar to Glutonny has recently and those are easier to confirm and kill fairly early anyway. Love to see Tweek preforming so well.

Tweek always chokes. His last stock he was just hungry for that stock and Mkleo knew how to stay under pressure and played patiently to win the set. I use to root for Tweek but these days Mkleo is just the better player

Where are the other jokers in top 8. The highest placing an one was Zackary at 17th. The second best Japanese joker eim got 47th.

Busted? Like what Smash 4 Bayo? Brawl MK? Dude stop whining man it’s not as polarizing as that. Joker just has an amazing kit and Arsene as a comeback mechanic. Joker is a dope character but you’re just blinded by the fact he keeps winning cause Leo is amazing at the game. Being a top player and staying there is about half influenced in how good your characters tools are. The other half is split between things like quick decisiveness, steel mentality, and skill. The exceptions are truly busted characters like the aforementioned smash 4 Bayo and brawl MK. Again stop whining
