On May 17, 2024, a Columbia County Sheriff's deputy attempted to stop a speeding motorcycle. The motorcyclist fled, struck an unmarked squad car, and evaded deputies again, forcing them to end the pursuit for safety reasons. The sheriff's office obtained the motorcycle's license plate number and began an investigation to locate the registered owner. They eventually located the man's residence, where he admitted to fleeing because he couldn't afford another speeding ticket.

I know the cops are not your friend.
That was what I was thinking. A good lawyer could have beaten the case if he just kept his fuckin mouth shut.
His first mistake was not closing his garage, second was answering the door. Third was opening his mouth, fourth was snitching on himself. If I’m these cops I’m laughing my ass off at this kid just giving himself two felonies.
Turns out if you're stupid enough to commit these kinds of criminal actions, you're not smart enough to not self-incriminate.
Crashing on purpose to avoid a speeding ticket!? Now that's one strategy I hadn't thought of!
Tried the "I'm suicidal because a mower wouldn't start" card
It doesn't work. I was actually given a speeding ticket in the emergency room by a police officer when I lived in San Diego.
He's a danger to society and himself. His license is definitely getting revoked.
Throttle was stuck occifer!
And what if you don't actually die? You could be getting fed through a tube, paralyzed from the neck down, blind and severely brain damaged for life. Real men of genius.
“Unless you have tacos tequila Girl Scout cookies or my Amazon package, GO AWAY” woulda been funny if he remembered to say that when talking to cops
If your gonna run, don’t plate your bike fool🤦🏻♂️
Bro runs with his real plate on 😂
Well how about you don’t run at all. You guys are your own worst enemies.
@QuanPookie " there ain't no such things as half way crooks"
Ops comment is clearly made by a jit kid that prob doesn’t even have a license yet.

"Good cop" worked well with this arrest.
No need to be "bad cop" when you ask if he knows why you're there and goes on and on about all the crimes he committed.

Asking if he can get in the car to grab his phone is a joke after literally breaking into his home
Huh😂? He opened the doors for them he never used 4th ammendment
@@thebathroombandit before he got to the door and opened it they broke in and went in the house
He didn’t cuff you right away because he wanted you to incriminate yourself more. You should have used your right to remain silent
Yea when he said the 140 I was like oh man wtf 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Yeah, he gave them everything they needed and more.
He was fucked either way lol at this point its an easy conviction lol. I love people like this "well yeah its an open shut case but they trying to get a confession out of you!" Fun fact judges take remorse and owning up to a crime better in sentencing then making up excuses for why you may do it again if given a chance to sigh. I mean they even sent out a facebook post to see if he had like legit reasons to flee or not lol
@@RealTalkAlexV well, they didnt read him his rights, so it is void
@@sh4dowcl4w81he wasn’t under arrest at that time so they were not legally required to read him his rights. Everything he said he volunteered to them. Now once they arrested him and informed him of his charges, then they read the rights. If they don’t, everything he says AFTER THAT POINT becomes impermissible in court. Everything he said before he was arrested is still usable in court
Whoever the editor was adding the squeaks when the cop was banging on the door, they deserve a MASSIVE raise!!😂
It was hilarious
I actually thought he was using a squeaky toy
Made my laugh too lol
I was laughing too lol Code Blue Cam throws some funny little things in from time to time
That's actually caused my dog to flip out and almost ran through the sliding glass door. 😂😂😂
the whole time i was thinking, how are they gonna prove he was riding...well if he self incriminates they certainly will lol.
Love how the cop just opened his door
Never talk to the cops, his buddy borrowed the bike, he just left for Amsterdam this morning, his names Phuk hoff.
What a great way to get “aiding a felon” and “criminal obstruction of an investigation” added to your record and pulled to the station.
Then get all the charges dropped when they can prove anything. How did I know he did all that?
@@lazyfoxplays8503 you probably plead guilty during your first court appearance. 🤣🤣🤣

Were you in your baby swing with your squeaky toys, why that entertains you so much?

They always do little shit like that, so funny 😂 They have great editing overall
You guys are easily impressed.
Clearing your conscience is one thing for a severe crime... but clearing your conscience for going 100+ on a motorcycle (when nobody got hurt) knowing it's gonna ruin your career, make you lose your house from not having money, and lose your license is a whole different galaxy of dumbness.
Easily could've said "it wasn't me... sorry that someone matched my description" and went back inside with no consequences. Worst case scenario if they REALLY wanted to push it then it would've taken at least 24 hours to get a search warrant for his house looking for a damaged red bike. In that 24 hours he could've put a new mirror on and dumped the jacket somewhere. Judges aren't gonna issue search warrants for a house over someone just speeding and fleeing on a bike until they have time to review all the video evidence and feel it's justified since it's such a low priority and high probability of being the wrong suspect. The cops telling the judge "oh I know it's him because a kid with a red bike talked to one of us a few days ago and said he just bought a house in the area" isn't gonna suffice.
POLICE ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND! NO MATTER HOW EMPATHETIC THEY SEEM IT'S ALL JUST TRAINING TO GET YOU TO INCRIMINATE YOURSELF! They love to say "if you're honest with me we can work it out" but "work it out" 99.99% of the time means "I'll still arrest/charge/ticket you but I'll just put in the report you were cooperative so maybe the judge won't go so hard on ya"
The way he is holding the steering wheel at the speed he is driving is just plain dumb... what kind of training this cop got???
Of all the dumb shit he did, his biggest mistake by far was spilling it all to the cops instead of shutting up and consulting a lawyer.
I mean they had the plate lol
@@alexanderstark5192 You can have lawyers EASILY say you can't prove he was on that bike. Could have loaned it to a friend or something.
It's called owning up to a mistake. Trying to run away from consequences is why people hate cops. Wanting to do what ever the hell you want. Remember, cops are just adult baby sitters. There's a reason they exist. And people either are to ignorant. Or to selfish. To care.
Exactly
He just couldn't resist bragging.
I love seeing people defend bikers complaining that cops chase them amd they crash well the simple fucking solution is stop running its not that hard

Just keep the speed down
Dont act and dress like an arsehole
