Me too, also her eyes look beautiful and judging from the way she takes care of her body I bet her smile is pretty too and she could be a gorgeous woman. From what she spoke about a truck tried to hit her twice because they are trying to kill her and she is wearing a mask to hide her face means she lives in paranoia. She might have a mental illness.

@user-iy1vo2jf2q Shelters aren't daycare centers. They are 'shelter'. Quite literally, shelter. Maybe food. People go there so they don't freeze to death on the streets. Don't knock them. Loads of people work very hard, for free or at minimum wage, to help people in need. And there are so many people in need! Maybe they are not very comfortable. But at least they'll keep you alive for another day.
They even said they were genuinely impressed with her creativity and thought she probably lived a healthier life than they did. I think they were right. She's got it all figured out despite the fact that she is clearly hiding from somebody or something. I hope she's ok. I mean, she's definitely able to take care of herself physically. I'm just worried about her mental health and what is driving her to live this way when I don't think she really needs to. She wants to remain invisible but still live "as close to civilian life as possible", which is a strange thing to say. But I suppose she has her reasons. Not for anyone to judge.
Wouldnt it be possible to make a lease up, charge like $500 a month and incorporate a safe way to get up and down? She would also have to get insurance for the amount of the building. I mean there are hoops but its doable. She seemed decent and wasnt hurting anyone.
People saying mental health isn't an issue here don't really get it. She is a gentle person. She needs help, she is smart and non-confrontational and wants to work for her money. I hope she finds the help she needs.
The symptoms of paranoia and being the victim of a legitimate dangerous abuser/stalker would appear similar from the little information we have. The main difference is whether the threat is real or a false perception.
@@WMHinschits weird. We have outreaches of different types through church. There was a lady that came a few times, works and rents her own home, had a daughter she took excellent care of. Her daughter performed highly in academics. She confided in my dad and I once that people sneak into her house every night and grape her without her waking up then sneak back out. She was being 100% sincere, just like this person was. This lady was extremely eloquent. I have an IQ in the 140s and I could tell she was easily as intelligent as me of more. Both her and the woman in this video make me think of the "intelligence is prone to neuroticism" which I think is extremely true, especially in certain youngian types. My buddy, who is also extremely intelligent, married a girl who is very nice, has her masters degree, is pretty much a concert violinist who can play multiple instruments who is now in her 30s and doesn't have her drivers license because she has an EXTRME irrational fear of driving. As someone who has been homeless in the winter, i genuinely feel for her. It wasnt right to be up there but at the same time, when youre out of options its way more about staying alive and creating small comforts than it is about following laws. She managed to find a safe shelter out of the weather and out of the public eye for about a year, and she left when instructed to do so with minimal arguing.
@@chrissttiieesometimes shelters aren’t just inconvenient they can be dangerous, especially for a woman. She sounds like she’s hiding from someone real or imagined. She’s obviously in the wrong, but If you were starving,we all might steal that loaf of bread.

Really hope that person is doing fine. As a fellow anarchist (I assume they are as well, seeing how considerate their reaction is to being "caught", yet not giving unnecessary information endangering others) that person made the most out of it, just hope they don't end up in a questionable squat as I've seen those really corrupt people going through a hardship or out of "morality" thinking its' the right choice. As a little food for thought: A person's value isn't defined by their place in capitalism.
I think her family might be abusive in some way. She’s logical enough to know what to share and what not to. Understands that her living situation is not ideal. There are some really awful scenarios she can be in. Traffic, family’s in drug situation, potentially life endangering. My dad doesn’t let me contact his side of the family for shady business so it’s not insane to believe she’s trying to avoid very serious real danger
Everyone in this entire scenario was so genuinely human. Thanks to all. This woman is a local legend. We're all still trying to figure out how she got up there.

NO, BUT PART OF BEING A DECENT PERSON IS HAVING COMPASSION...AND FOSTERING GOOD COMMUNITY IS STAKED BY PEOPLE DOING THE NEXT RIGHT THING FOR OTHERS. Could the cops/manager/workers tell her to kick rocks, and sleep cold on a bench?? They could, but luckily they're good people. Its easy to cast aspersions on others, and play call their actions. @@Ms.Brightside77 I agree with both you & the person you're responding to. I'm conflicted on this. I respect and believe in property rights, at the end of the day this girl is intruding on the assets of other hard working citizens and putting them in a liability dilemma. But at the same time, have you ever been homeless? Have you ever been in a situation where you had to get away from abusive people? This woman seems very precarious when it comes to her family & peers, and displays fear about them knowing her whereabouts or anything about her. And she mentions she trains martial arts. I'm gonna assume that she might be from an abusive situation and have went through some form of trauma or PTSD. Especially when she displays paranoia regarding the owner and making bizarre claims like "the manager is probably gonna find my family & people and tell them where I am and etc". That's just such an odd thing to even think, that they would go out of there way to dox this woman & pay money to look up her relatives and then go through the effort of telling them the lady's whereabouts. There's just something really off about this lady, seems like she's caught in a bad situation. When you're in desperate situations, you sometimes have to take desperate measures. It's hard for regular citizens who grew up in regular upper middle class suburbs with tight knit family's, went to church, earn decent income, and have each other to fall on in hard times. There are people who are born into this world in very bad situations that are incomprehensible to the average middle class American who comes from a normal family & home. I don't like people who always play the victim card and use it as an excuse to engage in criminality, behave narcissistic, act like the world revolves around them, don't respect private property rights & sovereignty, infringe on other people's assets & hard work, and don't respect hard working regular citizens, etc. But at the same time I do see it from the other side, and do understand that sometimes people are put in circumstances where they have no choice but to do things the average civilian wouldn't do, or break the law. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to survive. But there's a limit to that, I believe there's a difference between doing things illegally in desperate times short term when it's your only option vs making a complete lifestyle out of it, and never making attempts to assimilate into regular civilian life and live & contribute to society like the rest of us do. Let me put it more simply: there's a difference between breaking red lights & stop signs & breaking into a store to get away and hide from a gang criminals trying to carjack & kidnap you... vs living your entire life always breaking red lights, stop signs, never obeying the rule of law, breaking into places & stealing your entire life, and thinking to yourself you can just do it indefinitely and believing the world revolves around you.
She's undeniably delusional but also incredible. Most homeless people just kinda give up. Not her, she went and found a nice room out of the way that she turned into a little apartment. The skill and determination required for that. I want to know more about her honestly.
I wonder how much of it it's delusion vs. past trauma vs. undiagnosed but obvious mental illness. She might have been abused by a former partner, but she also seems to be avoiding her own family. Is her paranoia genuine? Who knows.
Honestly I don't see her as delusional. Based on her described experience, she maybe just decided to take that path intentionally and treat it as a lifestyle. She seems very capable of living according to social norms, evidenced by the fact she is working and has a completely functional and well kept "home", but instead chooses to live the way she does. As for the dressing in all black, it could be some skin issue, but covering self harm is another thing that came to mind. Point is, many people live through different eyes and see the world differently.

Could the cops/manager/workers tell her to kick rocks, and sleep cold on a bench?? They could, but luckily they're good people. Its easy to cast aspersions on others, and play call their actions. It takes actual depth, and intellect to view it from their POV. If I had a sister with mental illness I would want her dealt with like this, and id wager you would as well.
Point is, many people live through different eyes and see the world differently.
mental health issues for sure. but also very smart and resourceful. those pigs could not get over the keurig lmao
@@LS400yt Uhhh this is obvious SERIOUS mental illness. You don’t live in a grocery store sign in Michigan and shit in a bucket because you’re kinda different.

the most "Sane" "Crazy" person, I ever seen, I'm glad they were cool and respectful to her, she's just trying to make it.
When I first heard the news headline a few days ago, I expected her to be a 45 year old meth head or something.
That's why they were cool.....It's when people start getting combative with cops they start putting their guard up and things escalate.
@@thestratman7903 It goes both ways, plenty of cops out there looking to ruin someone's day who'll mistreat you no matter how polite you are, and plenty of idiots who'll be dicks when interacting with cops no matter how respectful the cops are - in this case we had neither of the two - we had great cops who were polite and respectful from the get go, and a great person they interacted with who was equally polite and respectful. Always nice to see it.
Yeah, she seems like she could possibly be a very high functioning mentally ill individual. I’m not saying it judgmentally I myself have PTSD and bipolar one disorder and OCD so I completely know and understand what it’s like to not be in control of your own thoughts. I’m glad that in spite of her delusions she was still able to recognize the facts of her situation and the intent of the officers and everyone else involved and that the situation was able to be resolved in a way that was best for all individuals involved.
No she's not! She's just trying to live off of other people for free!
What if we ALL did that??
She's sane for sure which makes this worse.
So nice to see everyone treating her kindly
They treated her kindly because she’s normal and very well spoken. You can see that they are surprised by all of this
@@acidbunny999They made it clear from the get-go that they didn’t mean any harm, but obviously yeah, if she was uncooperative and rude, they wouldn’t feel compelled to be kind.

Because she's not colored

This is prob one of the best interactions I’ve seen on this channel. The cops are super chill and funny, the manager is super chill, and the roof ninja too
you're right , coz some cops wouldn't wait., they would just drag her out, so she had some cool cops there and that lady there. very lucky
Facts. When he joked with the ladder I died
And the roofers fixing the roof were willing to help her in any way they could. The one officer was so intrigued about how she got up there and how she managed to get her belongings up there. He thought she took it up there piece by piece. She's smarter than that. A tote or something similar with a rope attached would work with no danger of falling carrying items.
Everybody was so great in this situation... Except those f-ing executives standing around bitching & whining and doing NOTHING to help the situation. What a couple of a-holes!
25:22 really good to hear the offers to assist this lady. I hope she continues to do well, and perhaps finds a legal roof apartment.
Damn. She seems smart, resourceful and really bright. To pull that off without being detected for a year takes some serious smarts. If she is honest that her family is out to harm her, I hope she can stay safe from them.
Also... is anyone else disappointed that we didn't get an "apartment" tour?
yes wanted to see it so bad
She's not level headed at all but schizophrenia is an amazing thing sometimes
She is not levelheaded. She's absolutely mentally ill and severely paranoid.
Violent? Not seemingly, from this interaction at least. But definitely mentally ill
I sincerely doubt anybody is trying to hurt her... she is just a functioning nut bag. Looney toons cocoa puffs banana sandwhich.
She's NOT level headed. She suffers from obvious mental health issues. Very typical of homeless people. And I say that based off of the fact she refused housing assistance. SOOOO many homeless because of their mental health issues - schizophrenia for one - DO NOT accept housing, shelters, etc. They'd rather be out & freeze.
With a nice little rent free apartment and fresh food that's thrown away in the dumpster below, this chick has it figured out.

@profighter1234 Not fighting demons 🤣🤣🤣 idk that made me chuckle. She should start a fitness group in the park! Roof Ninja Fitness 🥷🏾

I give her a perfect stealth rating anyway. She was basically found by regular maintenance. She wasn't spotted going in or out.

Honestly I feel the same. She seems very smart and socially intelligent. Which is surprising the way she’s living. I have to say she is cool and inspiring. I’m not going to lie but there are red flags. The whole people looking for her sounds like targeted individual talk. Second “the safe spots” talk she’s apart of a community maybe multiple from the sounds of it. I’ve been apart of these online community’s myself. They make you crazy and feel like you’re the main character and people are after you basically. I know because I dipped in and out of them last year. My mental health was horrible. Besides the obvious. It just makes you negative and hate society and people. I live a normal well to do life I guess you can say. But it made me hate everything during my day to day. I stopped a few months ago. Now, I just make sure I get outside work out. Be apart of positive community’s like I started ju jitsu for example. Basically this isn’t even political but these groups basically promote negative thoughts and thought process. It’s like a mind virus. They encourage and support each other in not healthy ways.
