I love the feeling of seeing your progress every week. It feels like im training alongside you, and it keeps me motivated in my own journey to run the Austin Marathon in February! Your videos remind of Haruku Murakami's book, "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running." Just the reflections on the sport are really awesome to hear.
Maybe splitting some easy runs to avoid the extra fatigue and stress hormones is okay but there still needs to be some long aerobic sessions to get the adaptations required for the marathon.
I really need to try this. Running my first 48km race next week Sunday. Wish me luck

Thanks for the encouragement. I’ll give this a try. Working my way up to half marathon. Ran 10K today. 8.4 miles if my furthest so far.
