As an incentive for speed, I like to huck the disc to start the sprint, vainly trying to get to it before it stops (only got to the disc once…on a very windy day!). Time to get back out there Jonny!
How many times a week would you recommend doing these? Should I take a rest day in between each, or are they not that level of intensity? Thanks for your videos man!
