    - Ladder work
    - 0:49 1 foot per ladder box (forwards/backwards)
    - 0:59 2 feet per ladder box (forwards/backwards)
    - 1:12 1 footed hops (left/right) (forwards/backwards)
    - 1:44 Icky shuffle (forwards/backwards)
    - 2:11 Crossover icky shuffle (forwards/backwards)
    - 2:21 Broken typewriter: cross in front (forwards/backwards)
    - 2:48 Broken typewriter: cross behind (forwards/backwards)
    - 2:58 Sideways shuffle - 2 feet each box
    - 3:09 Icky shuffle - extra tap outside box
    - 3:42 Icky shuffle skaters
    - 3:51 Slalom (forwards/backwards)
    - 4:16 1 foot zigzags (perpendicular) (left/right)
    - 4:22 1 foot hops - 2 forward 1 hop back (left/right)
    - 4:37 1 foot hops - every other box (left/right)
    - 4:44 1 foot hops - every 2 boxes (left/right)
    - 5:13 1 foot zigzags (face forwards)
    - 5:26 1 foot hops - skip 3, stick landing
    - 5:44 Fancy pants
    - Endurance
    - 6:30 Long shuttles - 20, 10, and 5 yards (2 times each cone)
