Sage Hit is a pre draft football line it's mostly known for tons of autos but unfortunately even big names don't have much resell value. Football collectors are reallllll touchy about wanting the player's in their NFL jersey. I like college myself so don't really get it but Sage Hit won't even have them in college uniform because another low end line Press Pass with a similar product has the rights for that.
I think it would be kind of fun if you did one of your live auctions while I boxing a collection you buy. Maybe don't say how much you paid for the cards until the end of the video and then add up weather the winning bids paid for the cost of the cards
O got that black and ted box i had since I was a kid still have it hate it goes on eBay for about $100 just letting you know that and that is a very old box and. That box is from like 1996 lol i love it i will not sell my box i use it alot

I’ve watched your channel for the last year since I got back into collecting. I collect Zach Duke and this is the first time that I’ve seen anyone find him in a collection that they’ve bought. Long shot, but do you still have the 2004 Topps RC? If so, I’d be interested in buying it. I pulled the same card back in 2004.

You definitely didn't over pay. Thos early 90's Jordan inserts you should look at a bit closer. Any PSA 10 of Jordan inserts sell very very well.

Holy shit the baseball card companies flooded the market with cards in 2003. That's terrible for the hobby and that's why I only collect vintage now.
My uncle finds cards in trash 🗑️ all time why hell can't I find any cards in trash.. one guy went inside and brang him more cards smh

The Tom Glavine SP is a blue variation. The regular ones were gold, I think.
Blaine Gabbert was a real big NFL prospect in 2011. Didn’t amount to much at all in the nfl tho. And my cousin went to her high school homecoming with him lol
I think just to have to box that says "Cool Cards" was worth the $25 minus what cards were in there! You can always take the 87 set and some of the others and write some players TTM to get some autographs. These remind me so much of the types of cards that me and my classmates would trade in junior high. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. Totally worth it! I’m a junk wax guy though so that 86 Topps traded Bonds still gets me excited. It took forever as kid to get the traded set, trying not to buy packs at the store with your allowance and saving enough to buy it if you could find it.

I had a case like that and the lid also opens to hold more cards. 😊 Had a flashback when all those Pittsburg Pirates cards popped up

The cards you didn’t recognize, were 1951 Topps style. That was Topps first year. The back was blue or black. 52 cards in each set. The stars are expensive!

I think there are only 2 Jagr RCs. Upper deck and Premier. The UD is $5, the Premier is $20.
Wisconsin excellent memories of the 1980s and 1990s all my cards were dented increased over in a box I didn't take care of them but I just threw them in a box back in the early 1980 cuz they didn't have holders for the cards only cards I have is 1986 1987 1990 listen to album in holders stop collecting cards in 1988 because I think Topps baseball cards junk wax packs 50 cents they were boring cards in 1988 thanks for the memories and plus you get into the late 90s the players of being accused of taking steroids once in awhile I'll look at the cards and look back and say I knew this player I didn't know him personally by noon from television they were decent players they were signed their signature on baseball for free not like today they want money for their signature days gone by

Hey nice just yesterday I bought about 6000 sports cards for $30. Nothing great but some cool stuff like some 1955 Bowman cards, a 1976 Topps traded set. Some Michael Jordan cards. It was definitely cool to look through even if its not a lot of value.
I'd bet someone on ebay would buy the case for $20 just for nostalgia

Great lot. Definitely worth the $$ spent. The Jeff Gordon cards have a high bv of about $1.50-2.00 each. The Farve RC was really nice as well as the MJ cards.

Great pick-up for $25. Blaine Gabbert has started a few games in the NFL, but is mainly a back-up QB. The other NFL autos, never heard of them

When I was a kid I had one of those cases there are more cards in the lid

that 93 sp glavine was at one time prob worth 3 bucks. sp was a very sought after set back in the day
Blaije gabbert was a first round pick of the jaguars and he didn't pan out. Still hanging around in the league as a backup
That auto card was probably worth a decent amount at the time and probably worth $3 now

I've been looking for one of them boxes forever, think they were made by suncast or something like that. They came in black, red and pink.
Blaine Gabbert was the 10th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft...he is a huge bust...but when that Gabbert autographed card was first released it was probably worth a lot of money...he is still in the NFL but he is just a backup for Tampa Bay now and never lived up to the hype
He wasn't a bust to me. I saw it coming.
Ps. I'm a Mizzou fan so I caught his whole college career. I always saw late round project QB. If he was drafted as such he might have had a chance. He had size, arm strength, and sneaky speed.

I still have that exact same box from when I collected cards as a little kid. Figured I was the only person that still had one lol. There is another compartment that opens on top of the lid too, did you check that?

It seems like they are quite a few people that had this same collector box. Pretty awesome. Somebody else mentioned the secret compartment and I had to go back and check. The one I have does as well. Really cool case.

I think you stole the entire collection with just The Ken Griffey cards. The rest of some rookies, wow! $28.00 dollars, I think whoever sold them to you was very highly disappointed in the value but, let some real collectors see them and he would have made plenty of money.
Cool video and worth the $25 you paid. On a side note as a kid I had this exact same storage box, and still have it to this day lol
Me too!! I hadnt seen another til now..They are good cases too! Had the plastic dividers in it so U can seperate players or teams and the stickers..Wonder if he knows that if You put the handle down there is another storage area at very top?!
One hell of a buy...Ladarius Green played for the Steelers was a TE and was a total flop

The Bazooka logo on the Pujols’ are different from one another. Probably not an auto but at the least a variation.
