You might be getting locked in the power armour station because it's in the corner of the room. I find I get locked into some crafting stations when they are in a corner.

Your station is too close to the edge. I’ve had it happen too until I moved it. Mine also said in use by someone else until I reloaded and moved the station. Something is in the way of the animation basically. Also had happen when my apple bobbing station was placed down wrong way next to a wall. Soon as I flipped it around, zero issues

if you get that PA bug where there's no animation - open your map and fast travel to something close to fix it. lol - navigator has his own new bugs :p
Try keeping a fusion core inside of the chassis’ remove it when you go to enter. The animation should start out as putting in a fusion core. This vid was uploaded 3 months ago but hopefully this comment helps someone!
The entire workbench freezing bug is widespread, leaving a server should fix it and leave your stuff fine, , don't know why it happens, it just has been, other than that, nice video, nice to see someone sharing their experience without cutting out these kinds of bugs too.
Hell cat armor 10 times better with a over eaters effect on each piece plus to more God rolled effects per limb plus a food build ,low health bloodied build I don’t die ,had a t65 set good but not the best

this is for end game maybe try looking at getting hellcat armour that is just as good all you have to do is complete the brotherhood of steel quest line 👍

I imagine since the t65 is such a grind it will inherently be better than a lot of power armors because it just has high damage resistances. That doesn't mean we won't ever get other power armors with unique Perks like hellfire for example though. Otherwise there's going to be a lot of angry people who would be upset at doing two grinds for what us supposedly end game armor

yeah, i stopped lining up my station along walls, open it up a bit and no more clipping bugs.
Gratz on getting your 65 suit. It's a good set, however Hellcat power armor is free and has better stats.
65 is pretty comparable, yeah, tiny bit lower, but 65 is mostly a flex in game and it's not a bad one that has people dogging you for buying the set.
T-65 is still the best overall defence power armor. Hellcat excels in ballistic protection.

i've had that happen on my game as well it's a bug that hasn't been fixed the glitch get's me quite a bit when I try to get on my armor.

I had something similar happen to me with a power armor station but it wasn't the one in my camp
