This exercise is very efficient r to release pain, tq for sharing, doctor🙏
Glad to hear that!
I do this every night before I go to sleep. The pop is incredibly satisfying and it releases the tension I feel in my lower back every day.
I do a variation of this already. My spine definitely needs it!
This is a great idea, I've been using this method for many years, it definitely works. I usually do a routine stretch before I do this, it works a lot better that way! My back pops right in, feels great!
"I do not try to force it" Great tip. Great, great tip. Stay safe, y'all, don't injure yourself
It's great and useful exercise, thank you so much. 🙏🙏👏👏👏👌👌💐

THANK YOU OMG! My lower back finally popped after having a kink in it for so long.
I cannot believe but it helped me and eased my back pain immediately
Thank you so much❤️
That’s great to hear!
Lol my big fat belly makes it hard to reach my leg lol But I managed on one side to get a pop
Thank you!!!!
Thanks for watching!
I crack mine by using me feet ill try to say the steps it may or may not work but i dont give a flying truck
Step 1:put your Leg on the left or right side of the other leg to like it over laps just make sure your comfortable.
Step 2:just force ypur leg to go to that direftion.
If that doesnt work sit on a chair rotate your body and just lightly force your self to go to that direction or you can just do it slow and steady.
Thank you again sir 🙏🙌🏽
Thanks again for watching!
That made my back pop instantly

So good ~ thank you! Would you show us how to release the mid back at the scapular area? My doc uses the wall and it’s my favorite. I’ve been unable to replicate it at home though……
Use a foam roller or chirp wheel
I purchased a mattress last Sept. I have been in excruciating nerve pain down my hips and lower back. I am so miserable. My whole body keeps snapping tendons muscles etc.. I don't know what's going on. The box springs g they sold me does not support the heavy mattress and threw me out of alignment. Now I have pinched nerves I cannot find relief.
Thank you for these tips. I just stumbled upon this so I will try these.
This man deserves some more likes 👍

This didn't work but when i was sitting in bed i streched my leg and it poped and my back tysm it sounds satisfine
Love this exercise😊
I’ve had something similar done by a few massage therapists and it resulted in such a massively satisfying release
i do this all the time
Wow i heard a big pop and my back feels so much better😊
None of the stretches I get off these videos ever pop me
Me neither so that means we are more tightly wound and have to get our bones snapped by a professional lol
My friends brother tryed that one time and broke his hip bone a day before he was going for a vacation trip. Ended up in er. They never figured out how that happend. His bones wore fine in all the tests that were done. I for one do this and it's awesome 😆
thx
Thanks for watching!
Try and keep your shoulders relaxed to increase the twist
Doc, I am suffering from upper sternum chest tightness and I feel a wincing pain when I sneeze or cough. I'm scared it might be cancer or something. Some say it might be Clostrochondritis. Is there a way to open up the chest tightness?
Ever seen a really locked up SI joint, one that won't budge no matter what stretch or chiropractic adjystment?
I did this last night wow my lower back has more movement this morning 😅
you're a God 4 me yo
Thank you so much!! This short video appeared at the right moment, I feel so much better after doing this stretch 😲😲
Thanks for watching!
Cool I need this one. Have never put anything under my feet though. I have a yoga block that will work great for this stretch. Bet I get better results with it than I ever did without. Love your tips.
Hope it helps, and thanks for watching!
This one is so satisfying, i can feel and hear my spine in the middle of my back cracked 😖
Super boss
I learned this at physical therapy. You can also lock your leg on the other side of your leg for a more intense stretch.
Where can I get a table like that??
Fawk3n love you doc! Thanks!!
Thanks for watching!
@@DrRowe thank you. I love your simplistic straightforward videos.. I learned like 30 new stretches from you. Such a basic component in life to essentially do! Every morning and night, stretch for better wellness
I can literally SEE better after this 🤩
Thats how I sleep. No joke
What if I always feel a pelvic pinch with these kinds of stretches? It's very uncomfortable and locks main place. I have retroverted hips.
Do you have an opinion on barefoot shoes? The shoes you’re wearing cause so much pain.

I did it and i popped
Awesome.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks im in the hospital now
Lol
I love both of the camera angles, in this one.
Great relief! I do not even feel my legs at all any more.
Is that a good thing?
Can it damage our back ?
I often do this when I feel stress in my back and there's immediate relief after.
Is this safe if you have scoliosis? I have an S curve plus rotation of the spine. I desperately need a release. My gait is way off plus have a bad pelvic tilt which causes leg length discrepancy. Thank you

Ya my chiropractor tries this all the time but no luck on me
I have pain in left leg
I get the pop with knees to the right side but to the left side. Is there a possible explanation?
A hurdler stretch gives you a pop release as well. Basically a track runners stretch.
It didn't do anything, but I have scoliosis. I stretch and exercise every day because of constant back pain.

My hand not reaching knee 😭
I think Im too flexible for this 😂😂 my leg goes all the way down and its not far enough for a crack
pop, crack, or release

I’ve done it everyday at night for years. It’s the only way I can go to sleep
I would twist the towel technique
