    Mere 3 doubts ko clear karde
    1. Kya kaleji boil karke banayi jaa sakti hai (uski na gawar smell nikaal ke liye)
    2. Cooking ke duraan ye pata chal jaaye ki kalegi mein bad smell aa rahi ho toh kya kara chahiye
    3. Kaleji se bad smell hataane ka koi behtar tarika..

      Boil kerne ke over cook hojayegi kaleji tow pehlay boil na kernain.
      to reduce the smell use kasuri meethi aur lemon

    GIA Muhajir. Dude, I slaughtered a goat in my friend's ranch two days ago. These Texans think that they are entitled to be the BADASS only. When they saw me slaughtering and clean a goat all by myself their jaw dropped. I earned respect their true respect when I let the goat hung on the tree and prepared "Kalegee" with your recipe. These guys can take hot food easily because of living with Mexicans for so long. The dish turned out to be AWESOME!!!. Thank you so much. You are my new hero.       kaleji dunya sa sab se zaida ghizayat se bharpur organ meat hai. kaat ker dhoonay se iski ghizayat kam ho jati hai is liye pehlay dhoo lain phir kaat lain.

    About this tawa it looks like beaten copper, what I have heard is that it should be coated with silver, before cooking. Is this correct, please comment. Thank you

      Correct. copper can react with acidic ingredients when its heated up causing the copper to dissolve in the food, which can cause copper poisoning. therefore its highly recoomended not to use naked copper vessel but get them plated. The reason mine isnt plated is because the dull and rich copper vessel looks good on camera and as I only use it for these videos so seldom use is fine. But since I have started to use it a bit more I was thinking of getting it plated. BTW its called a Lagan. personally this shape of vessel is highly superior to our regular pans and pots. Lagan mein pehlay biryani bana kerti thi.

      Kaleji ko fresh cook kerain. agar frozen ya fridge mein rak ker kaelji ko cook kiya tow phir smell ka issue hota hai. kaleji ko sabut ki eash kerain aur phir iski botiya kaatain. Is recipe mein laal mirch jab zaida pakti hai tow kaleji ki smell kafi had tak khatam hojati hai. yeh recipe try kerain smell nahi ayegi thora sa circa bhi shamil zaroor kerain.     Is there any other cookware in the world that you think is comparable to the copper lagan?

      Im bias when it comes to these copper lagans. You can only appreciate the shape of the bottom of this pan only when you use it. Copper utensils make me go weak in the knees

      I have heard they impart a metallic taste to the dishes cooked in them, so they have to be tinned after prolonged use. So expensive items.

      True, not just the metallic taste but copper dissolves in acidic environment which can cause copper poisoning. They should be tinned. Since I dont use it everyday and I dont cook very acidic recipes in it so mine is not tinned. only because it looks good on camera

      @@haroontechnogamer8622 aanch tez ho toe namak shoro mein daalne se kuch nahi hota. namak daalne se kaleji pani chor deti hai aur agar chor de tow phir sakht hojati hai. hum kyon ke annch tez raktay hain is liye namak choro mein ad kertay . end mein namak add kerne se kaleji ka flavor utna nikhar ker nah aa pata. cholha tez ho tow tex aanch per pakaye aur namak shoro mein add kerain zaida behtar result ayega

    ASA I can’t see mutton qorma recipe ,I really want authentic Qorma recipe with all tips n tricks Mine is always become like Salan n khushbu is also not like real qorma ,I really want it quick for an upcoming dawat.I will be very thankful

      tis on is the basic deghi qorma. then there is badami qorma, shahi qorma, one step chicken qorma etc etc. all these recipes will also come but maybe after ramadan. abhi basic qorma banana sikhaya hai.
