2:55 i tend to loose my to do lists :) now my new habit is to check these lists when i find them, lets say, one year later and usually i did do everything on the list... probably for me writing everything down once is enough to later on remember what to do somehow

haha you'd better need a digital to do list. as for me i don't write to-do list. instead if there is something i should do just do it right away or at least work on that thing.

4:42 😮38kg I was always very into labour protection and everything above 18kg should be transported with two persons because its very harmfull load for your innervertebral discs... one friend of mine had to give up her job as a bookseller because, from very young age, she had often to transport cartoons with books(they weigh usually around 22kg) after having two herniated discs... please if possible use 18kg weights making two weight lifts instead?

@InstantKiwi1005 yeah. you're right. I don't lift heavy load instead I focus only on workout volumes. my squat maximum is above 150kg(not pounds). I have been doing lower body workouts regularly for more than four years, and this kettlebell is not heavy to me. i can swing this at least 30-40 times in one session but for safety i do it slowly with less number like 20 times and if overtrained i skip at least two days. since i didn't go to the gym anymore for being busy these days. I started such routine at my workplace. don't worry. my body is trained(you know I sprint uphills or go hiking regularly). as a result, I got a heavy lower body owing to enough muscle at my back, glute, and thigh(that's why my legs look much shorter than other people, haha). anyway, i was thinking about buying a heavier one.

@noeditedkorean ok you know your body best, If there are enough muscles protecting the joints there ist always a better chance of not hurting onself. i noticed you keeping a good posture while working out
