    As Agile practitioners, we must acknowledge that the business environment is ever-changing, beyond our control. Our primary responsibility is to lead companies in delivering value to stakeholders. We have deliberately chosen this path and honed our expertise, so we should not allow future uncertainties to dictate our present fears. Instead, we should rely on our knowledge and courage to guide us with confidence. Persistence is key; we should be relentless in pursuing our goals and knocking on every door until we achieve what we desire.
    Coach's guidance has been invaluable, reminding us that the business world is formidable and cannot be easily tamed. By staying positive and believing in ourselves, we can secure a role where our talents as Agile practitioners are recognized, propelling us to become among the best in the game. Thank you, Coach, for yet another enlightening information session.

    I remember a friend who says they don’t need scrum masters in their team. Just PO and Dev team is good. Look who’s overloaded at work now 😢

    Could you mention which successful companies works with agile? With scrum master and agile coach. Because companies like amazon, google, apple, etc they don’t work with this kind of roles. Regards

      i assume they use generic terminology for job listings, such as “program manager”; i think under the hood looks different, maybe call or email to ask

      Quite a few successful companies use Agile. Apple, IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, Barclays, ..

    Really nice to see how the trend is going on now. Can I know why now most of the organization is asking not a Scrum Master, but different roles like Agile Project Manager, Technical Scrum Master, Digital Scrum Master etc. And sometimes a project manager with Scrum Master experience. Worried about the Scrum Master role will disappear?, plz comment your answer

    • @agilecoach
      @agilecoach  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      These companies are most probably faking being agile and looking for project managers or tech leads disguised as scrum masters

    Is it worth getting a CSM?

      No. I got my CSM and CSPO and it’s nothing more than a mirror paperweight.
