    I'm researching, learning and improving. I can't imagine how hard it would be to transitiong from an accountant to a SM. Congrats.
    The barrier for me is the language i guess. I have to learn the language and how to be a SM.

      Maybe wherever you are the Scrum Master role is available where you can speak the language you feel more comfortable with?

    This is exactly why I'm working on getting my PMP and technical skills.
    The days of cheap debt are over and companies no longer need specialists. They actually want T shaped employees now across the board.
    It's evolve or die out in these streets. Good job girl on taking the initiative!!!

    During the interview a lot of questions are asked about individual performance, but this is not Agile. When I say about team performance check, the interviewers think I am insane.

      Yes, it's a big mindset shift for the organizations. HR and Finance would need to change the way they approach work to get the full Agile transformation.
      How can we have team members prioritizing team goals over their individual ones, when at the end of the year we're evaluating them individually?

    Nice interview, public speaking has definitively been one of the most useful skills I have practised in my role as Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

    Great video and tips. Daria, can you please share more details about your niko niko calendar? I work with a virtual team and we use slack. Trying to figure out how I can integrate it? Thank you 😊

      I'm pretty sure there are some apps for Slack that can help you with that, actually. But basically, what you want is to run a quick poll every morning asking for an estimate from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 about how each team member feels today.
      And then you can collect that information and show the averages in a graph. You can keep the responses anonymous. But you'll be able to see the overall trend

    How to motivate the team when they don't feel motivated ?

      @amirablaiech3538, figure out the root cause of their lack of motivation and address that. This usually is going to be associated with outdated organizational processess, politics, lack of ownership, etc.

    Also many companies want SM to be between stakeholder and team. They don't want teams to develop only, and SM gives info.from.stakeholders
