You have to make a turned cable or a turned copper for the antenna. Just looked like a coil. The straight shape of antenna will get something without any ac current, turning on the led too.
The straight shape of antenna will make a touch switch. If you touch the front of the copper and the positive of led's leg, the led will be turned on. And touch the front of the copper only, the led will be turned off.

9v battery is safe for stable use. Use appropriate resistor and you're golden.

Only found one thing i didn't like,part of the schematic was blocked.😢
My LED is flash when I give supply, it's not good working, it's not indiacate flow of current, because it's alredy blinking LED, HOW THIS PROBLEM CLEAR

pointless, the scope of building one of these devices is to detect ac lines through walls not the wires that are in front of you and you know where there are.
useless without circuit.
