This one is yet another of those videos that gave a lot of issues, had to do a lot of re-recording, slicing, splicing and such, hence there's more cuts as evidenced by the change in the music There was always a skipping issue near the start after the first major rendering, so it had to be processed and rendered again to remove that weird skipping glitch introduced by the first rendering... However, this ends up affecting the video resolution to an extent, which is why if you look closely in fullscreen, you might see that the video seems to be a bit smaller compared to most of the others
