Why is the 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid the midsize SUV you should BUY?

  • The Highlander is all new for 2020 and Toyota is bringing a ton of variety for this midsize SUV. Under the hood 2.5 inline-4 combined with 3 electric motors producing 243HP & mated to a CVT transmission. On the outside you will find all new sheetmetal and for the first time on a Highlander 20in wheels. On the inside there is more room for passengers and cargo plus a ton of new technology. Why is the 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid the SUV you should BUY?

My parents bought this car a month ago, and definitely worth the buy. The MPG is outstanding, and most of the time reaches 40 MPG. I drove it, and the ride quality is amazing. Definitely looks good too. Thx for reviewing this car Raiti!!!

The rainy weather made it an even better video... My 2020 Toyota Rav4 really shines through in the rain, both in terms of maneouvreability through high water and visibility through the rainfall. Great video, Hope to graduate to a Highlander in a few years.

Great video on the Highlander. I checked with my local Toyota dealer and trying to get a platinum hybrid in the color scheme with that brown interior and I was told $3000 over MRSP for them to special order one.
I decided that I'll wait a few months for the local Kia dealership to special order the Telluride SX Prestige and pay MRSP.
I enjoy your humor. Makes me want to watch your next review. 😁

@@Aaron-lc8nf Yeah I'm hip to the powertrain warranty. I'm a big fan of the Telluride but I hope they continue to stay ahead of the competition for awhile. One reason is to hopefully force a competitive market and have other manufacturers realize we CAN get better value for our hard earned cash.

The black wheel arches look tacky. They should match the paint or better yet, a thin, tasteful chrome strip at the top that fades and disappears further down. These are nice, but I'd prefer the non-hybrid

My mom wants this car and I see why it's so nice, but I keep telling her to get it in all black. But she keeps saying it gets dirty fast.

I bought a none hybrid because I don't trust hybrid battery will last and costly to replace it.

Ok my zonks are not full digital instrumentation. And no need for gear shift when can use push button. If I need to get balls over to other side of car I need to get them throw them higher to clear the gear shift.
