Two things. First, Bonnie herself said that she can't live forever, there's only so much science can do. Second, the path Marceline is taking leads directly FROM where Bonnie is purportedly imprisoned. So, I think Marceline is looking for something, but it has something to do WITH Bonnie, and not Bonnie herself.
When she said she can't live forever, it mostly meant she's still capable of dying through murder and accidents. She said this after being possessed by the Lich and literally having her body shattered.
I remember thinking they were just rivals, but I kind of wanted them to end up together. I was 13, I think, when I watched the finale and I saw them kiss each other, I can’t explain how happy I was. I was raised in a religious household and my family was strongly against same sex relationships, so I think that might have been the reason why I didn’t noticed the romantic tension between those two. I was like Dora the explorer with how blind I must have been to not notice the sexual tension lol
It's revealed in together again that peppermint butler rules the candy kingdom now so I don't really see what responsibility's she could have on the candy kingdom
Peppermint Butler is deeply loyal to Princess Bubblegum, so it's likely that she handed the kingdom to him for a while as she decided to get away, but she is still probably devoted to her citizens and planned to come back. This might be why in Obsidian she was still wearing the crown, even though it was implied that she was living with Marceline and not in the Candy Kingdom. Also peppermint Butler is showing as the princess only a few decades into the future, and there a lot of things that could have appeared between then and 1000 years later
All the other candy elementals were not immortal so i doubt she got immortality from that and she probably using science to keep herself alive which won't last forever
We know this for a fact..hes done videos on this that he tends to just forget..Bubblegum has had multiple brushes with death and strait up recognized that she won't be around one day. That is why she has made contingency plans for her people in the inevitability. She has created several attempts at suitable replacments for herself. They all turned out to be failures but part of this seems to be from her inability to allow any of her creations to be equal or surpass herself in certain aspects. She also has been providing us with some really obvious hints at her own life extention efforts since really early on. She made an elixir that resurrects the dead and had been working on it for some time. This could be seen as her wanting to bring back old citizens but it still feels a little off for the ruler to do..especially when she made the candy people. She even seems to have created specific design flaws like their exploding under stress, that we later learn was intentional. We also later learn that she isn't very attached to them individually like she let's on and is willing to allow sacrifice because she has the capability to clone them all down to perosnality. Her bizarre pattern of apathy juxtaposed with these efforts supposed intentions doesn't make a lot of sense. That is until you realize they are backups for her more than her people. If she was to perish she could be brought back or clond identically. P.B. acts like the kingdom is some big burdonous responsibilty thrust on her but we learn it is all just a big toy player by her design and everything is the way it is just for her to play that role for personal satisfaction. The candy people are even made so their makeup is entirely transplantable to her if she needs anything. (As a side note, bottomjawless P.B. from the composite princess episode haunted me and it makes no sense why she of all people allowed herself to exist in that state so long. She REALLY didn't need to get the old jaw back from ice King. Epsexially when it reduced her communication skills greatly, you would think she would create a new one but she is a psychopath with unpredictable whim based decions that are very selfish but confusing in nature)
@@patheticallyy Yeah..she seems to be a real sociopath and I can't help but feel any "love" or emotional connection in her life is fake. Luckily Marcy and she aren't really real but relationships like this really do exist.
@@alyissaaragon6943 maybe slime princess realized he is just a penguin/orgalorg and can't have any meaningful conversations. And once Slime princess dumped him he went on a rampage freezing everything and stealing princesses. But not as crazy as ice king and much more strategical.
I always just thought they were rivals, because Marceline is a rough and tumble tomboy, but then i learned they were in a relationship, and i was like, "Oh, so that explains their beef. They were lovers. As a kid, I thought it was just a tomboy vs girly girl thing."
Same kind of, but even back then "I'm just your problem" really left me wondering about the relationship they had in the past, especially since in this episode we see that PB a T-shirt from Marceline that she really loves. So it was clear since that episode that they had a previous emotional link that didn't work out
Shipping those two was such a great idea from the show. It really adds layers to their personalities and evolution throughout the story, and I think this should always be the reason to ship characters in a fiction
They might be together still but the gunther the ice king now kidnapped bubblegum before his one eye disaapeared and marceline is atruggling to find bubble gum to reunite and go back on their nomadic adventure As the candy kingdom is overrun by these dog...creatures?
In the future, all the candy citizens are stored in capsule balls inside a giant robot called the Prizeball Guardian as seen in Graybles 1000+ and Come Along With Me. We also see in the episode Lemonhope Part 2 that the actual Candy Kingdom (seemingly extended into a city) has been left in ruins. This probably means the Candy Kingdom was abandoned and the Prizeball Guardian acts as the living area of the Candy Citizens. The other city was simply built by Pups (a species created by the offspring of Lady Rainicorn and Jake), lead by Gibbon who is a grandchild of Jake (idk how the hell he lived that long). The Pups Kingdom just happens to be in the same place in the intro as the Candy Kingdom, same as how Shermy and Beth’s house (which is actually just Marceline’s house) was in the same place in the intro as Finn and Jake’s treehouse.
Unfortunately, the Season 11 comics weren't made by Pendleton Ward, are aren't canon to the show. Adam Muto said "No one from the show is involved in them so they're their own thing. Calling it Season 11 feels like a stretch."
if pb is only 20 she should have at least 3000 years until death of old age. 50 years = 1 year. she probably did the math and compared it to human lifespans
It's progressive! Or..is it..? A woman has a rough past filled with abandonment. She faces trauma caused by her parents, friends and even young love interest (Ash.) This causes her to act tough and agressive on the outside while having trust issues and repressed feelings hinted at through moments of vulnerable self-expression. In this state she discovers some comfort in..candy. sometjing that makes her feel good but doesn't seem capeable of hurting her on thebsurface..She does sporadically recognize how unhealthy this dependency is but ultimately returns even as she finds resolution to some of the toxic experiences she had before. In the end, she is faced with the concept of life without her drug and can't accpet it. She has friends and family in a healthy manner again but embraces the one thing she feels she needs as if it were a true love..candy. Hm..a bit negatively steriotyping and downbeat when looked at that way..hm?
in distant lands there was a statue of PB meaning somebody else took over the kingdom we see peppermint butler with the crown

maybe she's looking for a key or a way to break her out?
When she said she can't live forever, it mostly meant she's still capable of dying through murder and accidents. She said this after being possessed by the Lich and literally having her body shattered.
She can't life forever, everything dies, but, She can add candy to herself to creat more mass to her, so he can fix and repair herself to not die.

If it's true that bonnie is in prison we dont know how long she's in that place that's really concerning

Yeah, technically she's only "immortal" because of her being able to control her age with her candy biomass; like we see in "Too Young."

Isn't there a comic that shows that they're still kicking around a thousand years in the future Marcy even dyed her hair red

After the episode that just came out in fiona and cake with marcy and pb i can safely say they are a W relationship 🔥♥️
I really hope you're doing a video on the new F and C trailer, because I have theories!!
Another great vid. This one, like a ticking time bomb, will explode with views in the coming days and weeks.
Thank you!! And I hope so!!!

I'm Surprised This Vid Got So Little Views!
If there ever er another spinoff after Fiona and Cake they should make a show about Shermy and Beth
Cant wait to see this with Marshal and Gumball... I want more MARBALL
omglorb how are you not on tiktok live rn talking about the new fionna and cake trailer?! im losing my mind!!!
Right?! I'm so excited!!

i guess we will find out in Fionna and cake series

Are you going to cover the new trailer for Fiona and cake??
Awesome vid. Just like always.
Love ur work❤(• ω •)
TY so much!!!
They’ll just be Barbie dolls together and I think that’s beautiful 🥹
You should watch wikitoonz theory about Buble gum cloning hereself
Maybe we'll get another spinoff 1000y in the future
PAXW can you do top 20 episodes of adventure time with your opinion
For sure!! That one would be a longer video so might take some time, but definitely want to do it!!!
No forcing if you have time you can if you can’t just say it I understand it’s ok
I wanna know what happens.
