It's mostly trial and error, I think. You can also go to Sephora and have an associate match you to a color. More often than not, it'll at least give you a rough idea of which foundations will match your skin color. Then from there, you can also try samples of foundations to see if they match your color and if you like the finish (pink, cool, warm, yellow, oily, dry). There really isn't a "one size fits all" when it comes to foundation. It's a long ride. 😁

I think it has been talked about before but people were not happy that you do not do anything not neutral. My critique here is, that the colorful looks you did then were not wearable. I would love you to do a brown smokey eye with a pink eyeliner, or another take on the dark red smokey eye tut you did 3 years ago. I also would enjoy you to go out of your comfort zone of always putting mascara on your bottom lashes (sometimes), it is a completely different feel if you do not do it and there definitely is a way of teaching makeup looks without being untruthful to yourself just because you do something you yourself would not typically wear. Beautiful makeup look tho, loved you for so many years now! xxx

As I watch you apply your makeup especially your base its like watching that artist guy that was on TV who done landscapes and nature paintings and you would just see his masterpieces appear and with you it's perfection, your technique and the end result is so simple and not overdone with too much makeup but it looks so stunning and flawless and your skin is perfected but still looks like your skin rather than like you've applied a mask over your face!!!

It was very pale, but I personally do think it came together with the bronzer!
