I literally have your EXACT same feelings towards brows lately! I want them like perfect but natural/bushy! Especially being blonde, it's hard to pull off extremely prominent brows. Also agree with your mens makeup opinion comment! I don't know why they care so much! lol

Finally a wearable valentines-esque makeup look that isn't bright pink or red 🙌🏼😍 I definitely cannot picture myself wearing a bright red glittery smokey eye out for dinner with my boyfriend, especially anywhere in Newcastle (NSW) where we're from. Oh the looks I would get 😂😂

I've seen married fellas turn around to look at full on Smokey eyed, mega tan girls and drooling over them while telling their wife not to wear make-up or very little make-up. I say don't trust that type seriously biggest players and liars.

Okay, since no other youtuber has responded or doing the idea I'm gonna ask you to; I am such an history nerd and the dream for me would be if you did makeup look inspired from different years in the history. For example; you do some research on makeup from, let's say the 50s and then you try to recreate a look from the 50s.

I'm a professional bridal makeup artist and most brides actually don't want natural. A lot of them definitely want that glowy, lit from within look; but usually still want a lot of coverage and still want to look perfect. Sure there are brides that want natural. But most of them don't.
Christina Marie Hollis I feel like by "natural" it's normally meant like they don't want a hardcore cut crease makeup look if you get what I'm saying. Like when people use natural when referring to makeup they mean that they want it to look natural even though it's not. You're the makeup artist so obviously you know more than I do but I was just giving you my thoughts :)
Ashli Leann I get what you're saying, if we're talking about North American brides. As for Indian brides, or brides in the Middle East, they won't settle for less than dramatic cut creases. I feel like since makeup has evolved so much in the last few years more and more brides want full glam. But they definitely don't want it to look cakey or overdone. You are right about that. I guess as a makeup artist when I think natural, I think minimal makeup. Like tinted moisturizer, a bit of cream blush, one light wash of color across the lid. However being that makeup is so versatile and really does lie in the eye of the beholder; everyone's opinion of natural is different. And that's ok 🙃

I really enjoyed this! I love how your tutorials are always true to the camera, like we can still see the creases in your eye lids and the foundation on your skin. So many people use soft focus filters which obviously makes any makeup look flawless - but you achieve it without!

I feel you about waterproof mascara. For me it is the same. my eyes were burning after that, so I stopped jusing it. My favouritr is Maybelline lash sensational luscious with oil blend. I just love it!
