    Nice Car!! I'm 67 and I have had many cars, my 76 Monte Carlo I bought new and it had similar styling to your El Camino that I really liked, I also had a 79 El Camino SS that I really enjoyed and I used it pretty much in the 6 years that I had it, but it was very different from the 77 years. I now have an 89 Formula Firebird and it's really nice, 89k, always liked Pontiac & Chevrolet. I just subscribed so I will be looking for more cool videos 👍🙂😺

    My dad bought one new in 1977, with the 350. Loved that car! His was the "Classic" in a really cool color... "Pumpkin Orange" with a camel color cloth interior.

    Really cool El Camino. My neighbor had a 1970 El Camino that her husband had bought shortly before he died. That really became a working truck for her.

    Yep I've got the Camino, 2dr, 4dr, station wagon. All in excellent condition. The last year of this size. They reduced the size in 78 to a 66 model size.

    Im 65 and had a 74 blue and white with a 350 2 bll in high school. When I was going to OSU I found a used 76 for 1500 with 75k miles i fixed up and my ex wife got it in divrce in 87.......i was pissed. My wife back in 2014 before she died said i could get a Mustang or a El Camino.....i chose a 07 Mustang GT.....after se died in 2018 i lost all interest in cars and bikes.....I had been working on a 1980 Yamaha SR500 .....
    Now
    i want them all back....but running low on funds due to doctor bills....so im looking for a 76-77 El Camino......love yours.

    I just bought a 77 El Camino original black paint job but the motor and transmission was sitting in the back cab so instead of putting them back in how they run, I’m going with a 350 and a 400 transmission has a little rust on back quarter panels paint on hood and top fading bad from the years altogether very solid.

    Wow. There is an El Camino that my grandfather bought new. I have the ability to claim it as he has passed but I can't decide if I want to. His was a 77 Red with black vinyl top under 60k miles.. Kept in immaculate condition until my father did use it as a truck and kinda roughed up the bed.

    • @CorysCarReview
      @CorysCarReview  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Man if you have a chance to get it and can afford to, I would jump on it. At least you would have the option to sell it if you wanted to

    • @DonFatherTrump

      @@CorysCarReview I'm hesitant because I'm not very mechanically knowledgeable. And it isn't drivable because some squatters got in the house and played mechanic. Kind of disassembled some of the engine and ripped out the ac lines.
      I have an 06 GTO and I'm debating selling that to focus on the El Camino if I make that decision.

    • @CorysCarReview
      @CorysCarReview  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Awwww man that's a shame. That definitely makes it a hard decision. It doesn't feel like your grandfathers car when something like that happens to it. Those GTO's are pretty sweet cars man. I would love to get one to feature on my channel.

    Me gusta el carro una Chevrolet El Camino Classic 1977; es un vehículo utilitario; no un vehículo de carga; siempre me ha gustado tenerlo; es un muscle car; además es un carro deportivo; es la versión pickup del Chevrolet Malibú Classic; cuando todo se estabilize en Venezuela mi país; cuando pueda si Dios quiere; voy a traer a Venezuela; un vehículo así; para mantenerlo y aprender a manejar; cuando tenga un vehículo así; le adaptaría dos salidas de tubo de escape; para qué no caliente tanto el motor; me encanta ese carro; una Chevrolet El Camino Classic 1977; saludos y buenos días.

    Is that the original steering wheel for this car? I have looked at a TON of 1976 & 1977 El Caminos and they all have the Monte Carlo steering wheel with the horn bar. That looks like a steering wheel from a Camaro and the paint color doesn't match the rest of the plastic interior.
