Looks like I have managed to get good quality shilajit. I bought it at a Kashmiri shop. The shopkeeper told me that it is "Pahaad ka paseena", which caught my interest and now I am researching it.

In some videos sardar ji was telling that shilajit should not behave like too elastic and it should break when stretched long. In other video taufik was saying pure shilajit will never break when stretched too long. Whom should be trusted? Please reply me sir

The properties you described in the video are also seen in low grade mineral pitches, like Mumiyo, Ozkerite, etc. And they also give the same earthen smell, and dissolve completely in water. In fact they are technically low grade fulvic acid compounds with very very minute benefits of pure shilajit. But they are sold on the same rate. How to distinguish from them?

When i had light it with fire, it had first started producing smoke and then bit later it had started burning. Can you please reply whether it can be trusted or not. Problem is that even at the cheapest price from source shilajit is not available in that large quantity in so cheap price. Rest u have to check as shilajit is sold from 100 to 8000 rupees for 15-20grams

Also patanjali shuddha shilajit comes mixed with water like a paste. While the 20gm may have a substantial water component. Guys my powder shilajit didn’t dissolve entirely into the water. In fact I had to crush the powder clunks and it eventually dissolved but the top of the cup contained a white foam. I had 1 ounce of raw pure shilajit jelly and this powder taste exactly just like the jelly shilajit Is this the real deal ? Also take note that I tried the shilajit and popped the capsule open in my mouth and gargled the water and It made me feel absolutely amazinggg But the only problem for me is the white foam on top of the cup ?? Can you guys tell me why this has happened ?

So in English what to look for: Avoid powders or capsules etc, they contain additives & fillers, charcoal and you can't guarantee purity. SOLIDITY: pure shilajit is semi-solid in warm temperatures and solid in cold temperatures. In warmer weather it will stick to your fingers. Also if you can stretch it out pretty far from its container, then it's fake. SOLUBILITY: pure shijajit completely dissolves in water and there's no residue, it dissolves quicker in hot water. MOUTH: in your mouth it should feel smooth, any sj that has sediments ( like sand) is impure. ALCOHOL: pure sj doesn't dissolve in alcohol, you can test this by putting in vodka and it won't completely dissolve if pure. FLAME: sj does not catch fire, neither does it produce smoke, it may appear to melt but won't burn. TASTE: the taste is not pleasant (I saw in another video where the man said fake sj tastes sweet, or tastes nice-so beware!)

He is very genuine about shilajit. I'm from Nepal. I've been taking shilajit for 15 years, my grandfather taught how to intake this tar. Always take in (semi) liquid form from renowned ayurvedic shop. It definitely improve your skin, vitality and testosterone and perhaps reduces your chance of cancer.
@@sunnysandy4479 I use dekha ayurvedic shilajit, it's local product, very pure and genuine. Only in nepal. You better go to reputed ayurvedic shop close to your home and buy good quality (100% )pure shilajit in semi liquid form not in capsules or powder. Thank you.
It usually cost around Rs 500 to 1000. I usually don't recommend patanjali or dabur products. There are cheap however not 100% pure all the time. You'll find many other ayurvedic brands of shilajit better and pure.

Sir I got some shilajit from Jammu. He burned some of it and pulled a long thread out of it. The shilajit is solid and changes to liquid when heated in the sun again solidifies in the fridge. It completely dissolves in water and is bitter in taste. The only problem is it does not rise up when burned. It burns with a lot of bubbles. Is it original ? Please help.
@@mounimstar if you are talking about pure one then it can be minimum 20000 - 30000 rs per kg. it's not like you just take juice out of something and it becomes shilajit. it's hard to even extract it.

It usually cost around Rs 500 to 1000. I usually don't recommend patanjali or dabur products. There are cheap however not 100% pure all the time. You'll find many other ayurvedic brands of shilajit better and pure.

Sir I got some shilajit from Jammu. He burned some of it and pulled a long thread out of it.
The shilajit is solid and changes to liquid when heated in the sun again solidifies in the fridge. It completely dissolves in water and is bitter in taste. The only problem is it does not rise up when burned. It burns with a lot of bubbles.
