Bonney does not have control over the Seraphim. Vegapunk said he placed her on command of all pacifistas based on Kuma, so at most she can order S-Bear, and only him.
I will just say this on the Devon has touched Luffy Theory. Madam Sharly was looking into Luffys future, not Devons. So I personally find it very strange that while looking at Luffys future, she would spot and hone in on someone who ISNT LUFFY. You have to remember she has extremely accurate predictions and Seer powers. People would ask her questions of the future and she would give direct answers in return. So when she looked into Luffys future I would find it very unlikely that she would see someone who ISNT Luffy and no sign of another SECOND Luffy that actually IS him.
That said I think its very possible that Luffy fighting someone with an "Island-Island" fruit would look VERY MUCH like Luffy was destroying Fishman Island.
For the first time since Marineford when Blackbeard said that his era was beginning do I truly believe he can achieve it. I underestimated his level of ambition and this chapter not so casually slapped me across the face and told me that Blackbeard is the endgame of the series. Credit to Oda for having us so laser focused on the Celestial Dragons, God's Knights, Gorosei, and Imu during this arc. I was like a horse with blinders not realizing just outside my vision was lurking the embodiment of chaos himself, Mr. All Day Every Day.
Kaido and Big Mom had 2 years to become PK after Marieford, their eras were part of Rogers/Garps and are now over
it's clear that BB knows alot of secrets that only few people know

Anyway another thing I noticed is a parallel this chapter between the Blackbeard pirates and the straw hats. Oda often pairs Usopp and Nami together. So, what if, using this chapter, Oda’s trying to tell us that Lafitte and Devon are the Usopp and Nami opponents on the BB crew? We kinda knew Auger but the juxtaposition here really says something. They literally stared down Saturn fearlessly, whereas you know Usopp and Nami would be running away. They’re polar opposites.
Cook! I've been team Nami vs Devon since we met her so this just doubles down!
I would LOVE if Blackbeard is the one to defeat Imu becoming "King of the World". Or maybe even better: at some point we have Luffy AND Blackbeard vs Imu, leaving Luffy vs Blackbeard as the fight for the new era/dawn after the fall of the World Government.
Personally I think a three way fight between them would better, that way it doesn’t feel like one’s gonna be overshadowed.
My prediction for next chapter:
- We get more scenes of Caribou going crazy for the BB Pirates, and even his backstory on how they inspired him to set out like Bartolomeo did after seeing Luffy.
- Followed by a scene on how they got to Egghead on "1 ship".
- After recovering, Saturn remembers his talk w/ Shanks which confirms that Teach was the pirate they talked about.
- The battle between the monster Trio against Saturn, Kizaru, and Lucci continues.
- No break next week.
I doubt we'll cut back to the BB pirates next chapter, but I am open to it. We'll definitely get a mini flashback to Caribou being inspired by BB at Marineford but I'll be when Caribou is near or about to meet him

If usopp eats the nikyu nikyu, would be very interesting to see:
-he eats it and seconds later he's about to get hit by someone or something, so in fear he naturally raises his arms in fear with open hands, and suddenly he realizes he's not hit, and he repeled said danger tf out kilometers away.
-he masters it in little time and can put his pain bubbles into his green pops for bonus damage. so the more damage he takes the more damage he can return.
-he defeats van augur using observation haki and seeing where he will teleport.
You know what that just made me think of? PAIN IMPACT DIALS
@@RandyTroy yeah, same thing but ranged. imagine the pop green amunition and usopp takes a good portion of his pain into a bubble that he makes the size of his ammo, then puts the ammunition INTO the bubble ,and shoots it. like he could literally throw an ammo that does nothing at all, but if it hits you, you end up feeling all of usopps's pain. and since pain is subjective, in this case it's usopp's pain so doesn't matter if the inicial damage would have done nothing to the target, but because it did a lot of damage to usopp, the target feels it just like usopp did.

It's a crazy theory, and I already forgot which TH-camr pushed it, but I like the idea that LaFitte is somehow Lucci's pidgeon. It explains how he snuck into Mariejoi and how the Blackbeard pirates knew about Saturn being on Egghead.
I don't know either, but I think a recent Tekking Hatori video refutes that possibly.
I think Catarina and Van Augur went to egg head with the intention getting Vegapunk’s appearance so they could control the seraphim. They had no way of knowing that Saturn would show up, and even say as much when they talk about their suprise.
This is basically like when they were going for Luffy’s head but got Ace’s instead, which jump started the entire war.
Nice point about Luffy VS Ace, love that. That's exactly what this is. During the stream I was talking about how there's no way they came here looking for Saturn. It's all about S-Snake and they got the best case scenario authority wise

I think Van Augar is one of Blackbeard’s wings, like his Sanji… that actually makes me like the role for Usopp fighting him more because the whole story he’s in the shadow of Zoro and Sanji but by the end he’s actually the one to take down one of the most cunning and strong of the strawhat’s rival crew

I'm so happy with this chapter. Ever since Xebec was introduced, I thought that BB would gun for Imu's throne and would actually be the one to kill Imu. Also the whole thing with trying to get Hachinosu allied with the WG to gain official access to Mariejois via the Reverie.
Your implications of avilo pizarro merging with wano could mean they force open the borders and obtain pluton and momo along with forcing zunesha to follow.
Maybe we see what happened to Kaido & Big mom as well, this is what we've all been waiting for!!

I saw a theory where they would use Vegapunk (or Saturn in their case now) to control the Seraphim. This is why they are only now going to Egghead, and why Blackbeard specifically was the first to be introduced to the Seraphim.

1. I still believe that Marijoa and Fishman island go hand in hand and that Strawhats don't need to go back there. When Luffy destroys Marijoa, Fishmen island also gets destroyed since its right below it and red line is destined to be destroyed (the theory about the end of story with creation of all blue and red line getting destroyed in two places).
2. Also, my view about Pluton is still the same - that it is actually whole Wano island as a battleship (side view kinda looks like ship with its highest mountain serving as a mast). I don't think you can have blueprints for something alive as an animal. Avalo Pizaro could be helmsman of Pluton/Wano.
‘Saturn’ is going to walk into the Holy Land to see Imu only for it to be revealed Blackbeard and company came in as well by being invisable at this rate
The Saturn situation might be a combination of your ideas. The real Saturn is killed but the Gorosei don't find out about it right away. Blackbeard then has Devon as Saturn put up for ransom to get his kingdom. This would require Devon to stay disguised and in Marejois, but depending on how the Final War goes, the Blackbeard Pirates might outlast the Gorosei.

Caribou vs. Bartolomeo would be a very interesting fight, I imagine Caribou would be able to swallow Bartolomeo's shields, and if Bartolomeo tried to hit Caribou, he'd get stuck in his swamp abilities. It would definitely be a moment for him to unlock haki in order to fight him, which makes sense considering he's very reliant on his fruit since it's so powerful.

I was thinking about Teach using the Quakes or the Blackhole to tear down the walls of Wano, but Pizarro doing it makes so much more sense. If they do take down Wano, then they will likely burn down the Pirate Flag that Luffy left. That would be a clear declaration of war. When they left the flag there, they claimed it as their territory. So, just how they had to destroy the Franky Family after they went after their crewmate, they would have to get payback either at Hachinosu or at Fishman Island.
Love the idea of incorporating a story point for the flag!!

Bonney doesn’t have control of the Seraphim. Vegapunk specifically said the Pacifistas. The Seraphim are separate. We never saw any Seraphim turn on the wg
E=mc2 is a formula that addresses matter transforming into light and the idea that the reverse can happen light transforms to matter like the holograms becoming real.
What if the iron giant isn't here to help luffy/joyboy but sent from the past to hunt, find, and kill joyboy. He's a parallel terminator, sent from the past not the future.
Caribou could still be working for Croc but idolizes BB, I prefer a twist since BB was the obvious choice and Cross guild need something big so they can join the race

Caribou will join up with Blackbeard. He'll give up the information. Get treated like s*** realize that even though he was luffy's enemy the entire time, loofy never mistreated him or degraded him which Blackbeard and his crew are constantly doing. So it wouldn't surprise me if caribou was a turncoat in the long run
Sanji vs. Kizaru after the Kuma flashback fits perfectly. The man who sold his soul vs. the man who escaped his own personal hell.
Caribou as the Blackbeard Barto is perfect. I can’t see it another way now, but I instinctively thought the guy on the Denden mushi worked for somebody else. Still possible?
He has the boots that Vega punk invented that let's him interact with light. Love it.
One interesting thing is Pluton is a reference to Pluto or otherwise known as Hades in Greek mythology, just like Uranus and Poseidon are.
Poseidon represented the sea, Uranus represented the sky, and Pluton represented the invisible. Hades specifically is the “god who makes invisible” or the “unseen one,” and his most famous equipment is his cap of invisibility.
I believe this has something to do with why Oda decided to give Shiryu the invisibility fruit. After all, his fruit must serve a narrative purpose like for Oda to choose to reuse it.
I personally Believe that if BB attacks Wano.
Yamato and the scabbards will try to protect it. Whent it looks like darkest and every thing is lost.
Kaido will reapear (If he is still alive) to protect his child and kinda reedem him self, while getting his glorious death vs the BB pirates.
So I'm guessing Laffitte actually did come to the island and he is simply stealing the Seraphim for Devon's transformation into Saturn to be able to control them.

What worries me about the Sunny is three things:
1) The destruction of both the Polar Tang and Victoria Punk were central symbols of defeat.
2) The Sunny is on a collision course with the barrier and can’t stop. York may be able to sabotage their attempts to flee
3) Most importantly the Giants are here. So if the the sunny is destroyed the crew can still escape. That and the adam tree is most likely on elbaf so they can build a new ship.

My guess is that Katerina Devon was originally sent to touch Vegapunk to gain control of the Seraphim, but when she saw Saturn (who is higher in the authority hierarchy), she took the opportunity to touch him instead

Hey Randy, slight correction but it helps the heat on feet agenda even more. Lightning isn’t technically light, it’s actually (at least primarily) electrons in a plasma being shot towards the ground, and plasma is matter (though it’s very hot and moving incredibly fast, so still impressive). So sanji is potentially the only character to turn light into matter in the series so far

I think Devon's ability is not only to impersonating an person physically but also impersonating that person's personality that's how it will really difficult to tell if she is impersonating a person or not.
We assumed the three skulls on Blackbeard's jolly roger signaled three devil fruits he might get since he some how managed to get two. Turns out they might sign the three Ancient weapons he'll be able to get.

Blackbeard definitely has ancient oni lineage factor (maybe the reason why he has three souls). Having three souls makes him a moon god (three-bodied moon deity Hecate), the opposite to Luffy's sun god (Apollo). I believe many OP characters to be inspired by greek gods, like Leo being Athena, Vivi being Demeter, Momo being Hestia, Hajrudin being Ares, Hancock being Aphrodite, Pudding being Hera, O-Tama being Artemis, Nami being Hermes and Shirahoshi being Poseidon. the 3 ancient weapons correspond to 3 olympian brothers Poseidon (neptune, the sea), Hades (pluton, the underworld) and Zeus (uranus, the sky).the sea kings can defeat ancient battleship pluton, the battleship can defeat uranus and uranus can defeat the sea kings, creating a balance between the 3. Uranus probably has something to do with the sky, the weather, thunder, something that can neutralize the sea kings and islands from above (with the mother flame being Vegapunk's replica of it). So far, 2 ancient weapons have been associated with giant animals ( zunesha for Pluton and sea kings for Poseidon/Neptune). I suspect Uranus will be associated with dragons (16 dragons's boro breaths?), since they are said to be able to control the weather. Nami's connection to Zeus, Birka/the birkans, her mysterious weather abilities and her deja vu with Shirahoshi hints at her connection to uranus. Hestia (Momo), Hera (Pudding) and Demeter (Vivi) are the wives and sisters of the 3 olympian brothers, which connect these characters to the ancient weapons as well.
Why would Bonnie be able to control the Seraphim? She only controls the Kuma Pacifistas and possibly S-Bear. But not the other Seraphim
Also I think if Augur and Devon fed Luffy, it's possible Devon touched Luffy. If that's the case, BB could send Devon to Fishman Island to destroy it as Luffy, thus fulfilling the prophecy.
Whats crazy is that Caribou would have never even been in the area with blackbeard pirates if Zoro hadnt booted him off the ship. If they would have brought caribou with them there wouldn’t currently be danger pointed at where the ancient weapons are which is territory that the straw-hats have deep connections to and protect. The Straw-hats literally just started a war against two nations just because they wouldn’t pick up a hitch hiker. Butterfly effect us crazy

People are really downplaying Rob Lucci. Oda was very slick in his usage of the Blackbeard Pirates. They're the biggest schemers and are the Most Ambitious of the Yonko. Also, I still remember Randy's Theory about Sir Crocodile receiving the info from Caribou. I was thinkin' of you this Chapter after I read it on Thurs.

Shirley's ability to prophesy really makes me think whoever had her original power during Joyboy's era was a helping hand with the Onepiece. In the same way they had their Poseidon and we know Joyboy apologized to her I think there was a Shirley of their time who had her hand in the prophetic side of the Onepiece. Otherwise how would of Oden knew the time when Wano would be freed and Toki how many years to send them into the future?
Shirley has precise predictions, and only those type of precise predictions could tell the future so clearly, which is also why Roger was early...he had the exact timing of the entire thing in front of him in the form of the Onepiece.
I was under the impression that in order to control the Seraphim you had to have the chip in your possession. It wasn’t just a recognition thing, something that they possessed as well. I could be wrong though

Caribou was already in contact with someone who would want information on the ancient weapons he could be going to black beard as a double agent

But once again he's not the cause of the destruction, but the one stopping it or possibly the destruction doesn't matter at this point
I still think Laffitte is Hatori. Hes the only Blackbeard pirate who's DF we don't know yet, but we know he has white bird like wings. It explains how Blackbeard knew Saturn was gonna be on Egghead. Also, Hatori flew away when Stussy bit Lucci

Like she obviously can’t use their powers but maybe she can transform into the spider form of Saturn as well as his human form?
