Bonney knows of the incident, not what happened. At least judging off the pacing we saw in Kuma's flashback, the actual fight/incident part of god valley happened after Kuma left.

Fun fact: the real Wang Zhi brought the first European (Portuguese) peoples in Japan in 1543. They introduced firearms in Japan, and another fun fact is that they had one woman serving as a translator called Otama.
Do you think someone helped Kuma escape God Valley and save the 500 slaves? It seems absurd that a child who never used his fruit could do this while Saturn who can hold people back was right in front of him
I almost imagine Kuma sending a giant chunk of God Valley away that had 500 people on it so it was like 1 motion (him running around pawwing 500 people is almost unimaginable). IF part of God Valley is Thriller Bark which people have been saying then maybe that it how.
Btw, "Crown Jewel" is a figure of speech, its not to be taken literally, hence why the translator used that rather than treasure, a crown jewel basically refers to the "main item"
It's usually the "crowned jewel", not "crown jewel", but fair enough. I understood it like that as well. One piece is usually more about actual gold or diamonds or other material treasure. Even if it's material, it has to have a special meaning or power to be such an item of interest.

My one issue with the treasure being the fruits is why would the Roger pirates be interested? Until we know more none of them were fruit users or showed any interest in the devil fruits
Roger said "do you know how ive felt this past year", and that is in reference to him finding Lodestar because that was one year before god valley. I think this implies the treasure/fruits are tied to what he learned there - which the primary thing is he learned he needs the 4 road poneglyphs. But since Gaban said "no calling captains dibs like last time", a poneglyph or even a rubbing doesn't really make sense. That's not something an individual would want for themselves in the crew bc they all can use it. They're after something an individual can have/use themselves, so my guess here is that the devil fruits (or just one of them) is tied to translating/finding/moving/or doing something else with the poneglyphs. Or maybe one of the fruits was mentioned as extremely important at Lodestar (Luffys?) and its in the chests and they want it for that reason. Sorry for the long response but I wanted to talk more about this in the video lol
@@DaksSake You’re good lol. I respect you elaborating on your point. That does check out with it being something an individual could use. What if the treasure of hachinosu was the last road ponegliph and ochoku is the man with the burn scar? Law knows who the man with the burn scar is because of the rocky port incident, kidd knows about him through being in the new world for 2 years and the strawhats didn't know about it because they were all isolated from the real world back in paradise while training. The burn scar might also explain why ochoku is silhouetted and whatever burned him also charred his "black ship". We also know that some rocks pirates have devilfruits and that df power might explain the whirlpools

Theory: Doesn't Wang Zhi look like Garp's right-hand man? What if the government or the gorosei doesn't fully trust Garp anymore since he's the father of Dragon? What if part of the plan to complete Xebec's plan, you'll need a reliable opposing force from within the Marine, thus weakening the potential obstacles of the plan. This would somewhat tie in with your theory to help ultimately end Garp and maybe Luffy, but of course Luffy won't be out like that. It could lead to a straw hat dying as a result of the mass betrayal
The focus on those 9 panels is a bit misleading because there were more than 9 characters , it's 13 overall 12 on the big panel and the guy who's claimed to be silver axe as one of the 9 panels... on the big panel there is also one guy with a claw like weapon in the background (I'm guessing those are Tekko Kagi), one fish man looking guy, another one right under "Whang Zhi" with a sword and another one all the way in the bottom right of that panel slightly hidden behind some exclamation marks with a pointy nose and a hammer (probably the shipright) I do like the Laffitte theory as it would make him a key component to BB's meteoric rise AND it would explain how he could crash into that warlord meeting at Mary Geoise. I'd also like to think that whang zhi is a fishman only because the whirpools that form around the black ship when someone comes too close could be a form of fishman karate we don't know of yet, maybe a similar technique to jinbe's spear wave at marine ford.
I think the silhouette figure is Wang for sure, he's been involved in a lot, and Oda uses these panels to slowly introduce characters that were previously mentioned such as Aramaki. I think we'll meet him soon after Egghead, he's connected to Law who's currently in a bad state and will probably be looking for the strawhats help, and was in hachinosu until sometime in the timeskip. He could be the warlord that Ace took down, and also be the man marked by flames at the same time. It's pretty much one mysterious character connecting all of the "mystery men" that have been mentioned this arc, culminating in the silhouette. We learnt of Law's connection to Wang, saw him react weirdly to a mention of the man marked by flames, get a mention of a warlord being taken down by Ace, get info that the man might be connected to the government from BB, and finally see a mystery character in a crew which Wang was known to be a part of.

There's a similarity between the ancient weapon and Luffy's crew too. Ancient weapons belonged to the real JoyBoy probably. The name of the three weapons are Uranus (inspired from the god of Sky), Poseidon (inspired from the god of Sea) and Pluton (inspired from the god of Underworld). The similarity is that Luffy is the new JoyBoy as we know. Also, Jimbei is the son of "Sea". So he might the Poseidon for Luffy. Sanji's mother's name is Sora, which means Sky. I know there's no ancient weapon inspired from the God of Earth but don't forget that Zoro called himself King of "Hell". And where is hell? Under the world. So he might be the Pluton for Luffy. Another connection is that Poseidon is from the Fishmen Island. So is Jimbei. Pluton is from the Wano country. And Zoro has some connection with it too. If that's the case then Sanji might be related to sky in some other way too. There are many theories that say that the Uranus is in the sky islands. And many other theories that says that Sanji might have Lunarian DNA because of which he can use fire and has very high durability. Lunarians have wings so they might be related to the sky islands somehow. And probably even Uranus. Lunarians also lived in the Red Line and some theories says that Sanji will destroy the Red Line so that all the seas can be connected to make the All Blue.

However, when Barrels descended to piracy, he started to abuse his son physically. Drake, however, continued to see the good of his past father, and continued to follow him." when Barrels descended to piracy.... Personally I think Wang Zhi is the zombie on thriller bark due to him seeming more Chinese inspired and even though I enjoy the irony of SIlver Axe ending up being gold with a silver sword it seems more fitting that Diez Barrels became Silver Axe. What might you call a shiny double barrel shotgun? Diez Barrels or a Silver Axe
After the recent chapter I think the traitor in the rocks pirates is stussy, her clone is clearly a double agent so what reason do I have for thinking that the real stussy isn't?
Id really have liked to see more of Komg in the story with his significance; Even if it was just flashbacks and knowing what made him so powerful that he was made the commander in chief.
“He looks a lot like” Me: “Yup. Zoro!” “X Drake… Now, Obviously…” Also me: “Oh right.. Drake.. obviously. He looks nothing like Zoro! Only an idiot would believe that… stupid.”
I feel like my excited for theories have died, because at this point they're accurate and have become more foreshadowing that's been discovered. great video! I need some One Piece cause I'm starting to watch stuff just to fill the void 😂
What if oda retcons Wang Zhi and Silver Axe's appearance at Thriller Bark as General Zombies as it seems like oda was teasing the concept of the rock pirates back then and that the only confirmed Dead Rocks pirates are Whitebeard ,Captain John and Xebec(if sengoku is correct) and that the silhouetted rocks pirate is actually Silver Axe since we know nothing about him and that he has a role to play in the final saga
Another thing that would add onto the drama Wang Zhu of betraying rocks is if he’s the vice captain or second in command. I get a lot of people seem to think it’s white weird based on power, but even in some of the worst there are around there’s a certain special relationship between a captain and his first mate. It would definitely be plausible that Wang Thought that Rocks was going too far and putting everyone at risk and pulling them in a way that would get them all wiped out. Rocks, of course doesn’t listen which leads Wang to give the fruits that they’ve collected to the world government to prevent any more incidences possibly even more recruiting for a big war. But he just didn’t expect rocks to be willing to attack a place straightforward that had celestial dragons and even on top of that, he probably didn’t expect everyone who showed up to actually be there. And I’m pretty sure we still are missing a group. Not sure which one but it’s definitely extremely likely. There was a fourth notable group fighting there for their own reasons.
Tekking is obsessed with Wang. He needs to hear this hype idea. If this came to be Wang might even the one who gave the government the idea of warlords
I’ve been on a sleepless binge watch of Hollywood and one piece , it may be the lack of sleep but like Katt Williams said , 2024 is the year . The silhouette of Wang Zhi looks a lot like Bogard . Garps right hand man . And again if you search the Bogard or Bogart , it defines as both the meaning to keep to one self , and an actor who played in a leading role as a private detective . Coincidence . Idkkkk ima go to sleep
Also like to support the fact he has no rank , even more sus . He’s now considered the Marines Strongest Swordsman and carries Garp around my guy , to be the tank is something but to carry it out of battle 🤦🏽♂️ fuck wake up people , a supreme blade too !!! No info on how long they’ve been partners and again a mystery just like Crocodile as a FEMALE IN THE LIVE ACTION FORM HIGH CORPROATION COMNAPY NETFLIX and on animation it’s just the back of a small head . And how is He in both panels in the God Valley Incident , i don’t know man . We have no information on the man .
I think Its really Important to look for, out of place, old things... Like on the edges of islands, looking for relics bones etc. Anything that should pertain to something old, because It would have been most likely protected from the void century. Any wars or disruptions etc.
I’m not gon Lie bro some of your top 30 takes had me looking at you sideways BUT BUT that’s ok. We’re all creditless to someone else lol but I LOVE your Theories and Content bro keep it up 🫡
God Valley. While explained some in the recent Kuma flashbacks, still not much is fully known. Especially in regards to the defeat/disbanding of the Rocks Pirates at the hands of Garp & Roger.
I saw in another vid that the shaded figure in the god valley panel could be laffiette. Which, considering how easy it was for him to enter marijois. Is solid evidence for him being the traitor
the timeskip was two years. say there was a cleansing pre timeskip n the next one lands that year. do you think there will be a cleansing in the final saga? where the gods knights or some celestial dragons end up on an island the straw hats are going to?
Drake freed Law against Kaido as well. Makes sense that he betrayed Rocks and then Blackbeard ousted him for revenge ... Blackbeard also defeated Law ... He may kill Drake as well. I see two more potential connections for him ... One is Laffite ... The other one is Bogard (I think we only saw his reaction once when Copy and Helmeppo were training, when they hit Garp at the same time).
I think God Valley should be seen more as a flashback, instead of something Strawhats will need to know. Like, it can reveal the history, but merely result eg on the last poneglyph… but the story itself is not relevant for the current story. That said, it's still necessary, as it explains how so many strong pirates and strong devil fruits got out all at once. Usually the government control, after 700 years, should have most dangerous fruits under lock and key.
Lao G was in Rocks too I bet. Also more and more, im beginning to think Ginny is Big mom's and Rock's kid, thus their treasure. Rocks went BALLISTIC and snatched Shanks as retribution.
Kuma has been at God Valley...his daughter Bonney has gotten access to his memories... she has knowledge about God Valley...which will later resurface!
Another theory is that before rocks died he split his souls to search for a new one so he found blackbeards soul and went after the same fruit he used the dark fruit and when shanks fought blackbeard rocks spirit took over giving shanks his scar
19:36 I really like this idea. I feel like Rocks isn't really as bad a guy as we think he is, we have to factor in the exagerration and lies that the World Government and Marines adds into these stories and descriptions. While it is widely believed that Rocks is evil because Blackbeard carries his will and Blackbeard is evil af, I think Rocks is just a Luffy who found out about the Celestial Dragons and World Government earlier and was too impatient and hasty to properly fight them so instead he gathered the strongest enemies of the government he could find to crush them as fast as he can.
@@matthewsteenson6903 That's what the "too impatient and hasty" part was for. Rocks didn't care about what his crew was made of, only that they are strong enough to defy the World Government
Honestly I believe that Wang Zhi could be a relation to Koby they both have sideburns and explains Koby's involvement on Beehive Island also mirrors Luffy with Koby having a famous grandfather.
I was thinking, is there anyway that the silhouette could be Rocks himself? He wasn't shown even as a silhouette in that chapter so that could definitely be a possibility imo.
+1:54 in what chapter was this i forgot about it but im just curious as to why luffy is in the background. Can anyone elaborate please? Id greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
Chapter 1059, it was on Amazon Lily so Boa had a big poster of him up probably just because she likes him / was celebrating his recent achievements (the Amazon Lily incident happened roughly a few days after Whole Cake ended/Wano started, so it was probably for him being called 5th emperor. The chapter came out after Wano ended but the events were said to be a couple weeks prior)
@DaksSake ah gotcha, I'm gonna have to do some re reading. I remember it somewhat but I never noticed luffy in the background for some reason. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Much appreciated it!
It feels like ages ago since the straw hats fought a group 1-on-1 as a whole (ie CP9). I hope everything builds up well until they face the blackbeard pirates. But I have been enjoying all the reveals about histories and the OP world as a whole.
I thought the silhouette looked like zoro. Could it maybe be zoros father? Under an Alia’s of wang zhi? I caught up and the anime and started reading at chapter 1044 so if I’m totally wrong my bad😅probably a lot of manga facts I’m missing Edit: could be a cool thing seeing as how zoro is trustworthy and loyal it’d be interesting for his father to have been an unloyal double crosser. Could maybe be a source of his loyalty and hatred for pirates in the beginning. Also idk if zoro really hated pirates or just saw pirates as an easy money source and good way to slowly become the best swordsman since mihawk was a pirate.
What if Rocks is the biggest taboo not because he was so evil but because he was a hero pirate and that’s why everybody on the crew thought he was stupid

Can't believe Wang zhi is actually johnny from guilty gear
After the recent chapter I think the traitor in the rocks pirates is stussy, her clone is clearly a double agent so what reason do I have for thinking that the real stussy isn't?
That Rocks pirate you highlighted looked more like Lafitte to me
Dak, i admire the way your ads connect to the theory
Id really have liked to see more of Komg in the story with his significance; Even if it was just flashbacks and knowing what made him so powerful that he was made the commander in chief.
I agree big time
“He looks a lot like”
Me: “Yup. Zoro!”
“X Drake… Now, Obviously…”
Also me: “Oh right.. Drake..
So, are you saying that Wang Zhi and Ginny were...
...throwing Rocks at the world nobles?
HE LOOKS LIKE BOGARD! Idk how it would make sense timeline wise but idk kinda strange
What if oda retcons Wang Zhi and Silver Axe's appearance at Thriller Bark as General Zombies as it seems like oda was teasing the concept of the rock pirates back then and that the only confirmed Dead Rocks pirates are Whitebeard ,Captain John and Xebec(if sengoku is correct) and that the silhouetted rocks pirate is actually Silver Axe since we know nothing about him and that he has a role to play in the final saga
just now noticing the luffy poster in the background of the panel where blackbeard is holding hancock @1:53
Long beard and gold color fits the name Wang Zhi, since the armor looks oriental, the other one looks like Lafitte
Ginny really saved the remaining targets from the Celestial Dragons via calling everyone in blind.
I think Its really Important to look for, out of place, old things... Like on the edges of islands, looking for relics bones etc. Anything that should pertain to something old, because It would have been most likely protected from the void century. Any wars or disruptions etc.
I’m not gon Lie bro some of your top 30 takes had me looking at you sideways
BUT BUT that’s ok. We’re all creditless to someone else lol but I LOVE your Theories and Content bro keep it up 🫡
That photo of the supposed Wang Zhi looks an awful lot like Zoro at first glance
God Valley. While explained some in the recent Kuma flashbacks, still not much is fully known. Especially in regards to the defeat/disbanding of the Rocks Pirates at the hands of Garp & Roger.
12:11 he kinda looks like zoro also i think kaido betrayed rocks or whoever grabbed the fruit which is why him and big mom wasn’t getting along
Yeah
Wang Xsui looks like Zoro with the headband
Can we all agree that this man has the best theories on the internet.😂 You deserve so many more subscribers and views. Keep up the great work.
"Roger will be there"
Garp: Sign me up!
I saw in another vid that the shaded figure in the god valley panel could be laffiette. Which, considering how easy it was for him to enter marijois. Is solid evidence for him being the traitor
I honestly do not understand how you manage to find out all of this you are a legend!
What if the man marked by flames happens to be someone Ace had fought.
Ace did defeat a warlord, ao it could be just that person.
Unless Silver Axe used a silver axe when he was alive and Moriah didn't have an axe on hand for some reason when he reanimated his corpse.
Sir Francis Drake was also a pirate that was outright supported by his government so the parallels hold up well.
If the treasure was the devil fruits why would big mom even care and go and then just give it to kaido?
Could be man marked by flames law did react when he was mentioned
Comming in clutch with my new drive home video
I also think wang zhi is the one who tells Kaido to come on where leaving. The silhouette.
the timeskip was two years. say there was a cleansing pre timeskip n the next one lands that year. do you think there will be a cleansing in the final saga? where the gods knights or some celestial dragons end up on an island the straw hats are going to?
3:18 the top one looks more like a wang zhi imo.
That squarespace transition caught me off guard 💀
Holy shit and it was so damn genius xD
How did Big Mom become like how we see her in the rocks crew because she looked massive even as a child so how did she lose all that weight?
This is pure speculation but maybe Orochi was a very late addition to Wano and Wang Zhi was allied with Kaido in an original draft of the Wano Arc
Love your theories dak keep up the great work
Kuma has been at God Valley...his daughter Bonney has gotten access to his memories... she has knowledge about God Valley...which will later resurface!
Then why does it seem like everyone on the crew hates each other?
@@matthewsteenson6903 That's what the "too impatient and hasty" part was for. Rocks didn't care about what his crew was made of, only that they are strong enough to defy the World Government
What if Wang Zhi is the guy marked by flames?
Law being in sword would be wicked awesome
Honestly I believe that Wang Zhi could be a relation to Koby they both have sideburns and explains Koby's involvement on Beehive Island also mirrors Luffy with Koby having a famous grandfather.
My day is made every time I see Dak upload. His videos are so interesting and well made
You do great work.
I was thinking, is there anyway that the silhouette could be Rocks himself? He wasn't shown even as a silhouette in that chapter so that could definitely be a possibility imo.
come on Dak, saying "this guy looks like that guy, and that guy is a traitor so this guy is also a traitor, is super far fetched
New banger let’s go OP master😤
I love Ginny’s nerdy troublemaker characteristics
Was Dragon there as a Marine? did he claim one of the treasured devil fruits?
I thought the silhouette looked like zoro. Could it maybe be zoros father? Under an Alia’s of wang zhi? I caught up and the anime and started reading at chapter 1044 so if I’m totally wrong my bad😅probably a lot of manga facts I’m missing
Edit: could be a cool thing seeing as how zoro is trustworthy and loyal it’d be interesting for his father to have been an unloyal double crosser. Could maybe be a source of his loyalty and hatred for pirates in the beginning.
Also idk if zoro really hated pirates or just saw pirates as an easy money source and good way to slowly become the best swordsman since mihawk was a pirate.
I think that the GV incident is the foundation of the Warlord and Yonko system
What if Rocks is the biggest taboo not because he was so evil but because he was a hero pirate and that’s why everybody on the crew thought he was stupid
