    One of the most beautiful bikes out there are the MVs. Including this one. The superveloce is another stunner.

    Cool episode, Nadim! And well produced, Searsha! I've yet to been to Dubai but that bike sure made the city look cool as you rode around it!

      Thanks, Michael! We had a blast making it and Joe does a fab job editing and finding music for us...

    Sick video guys! not really been aware of the bikes MV does but this is making me think!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No problem - thanks for your compliment! It's a brand that's been in the doldrums for too long but seems to be coming good again. You'd enjoy it for the pipes alone...

    I like that old-fashioned fairing look - it even looks like a racer from another era at the front end

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah, it's got something 'old-style' going on!

    Is Wheels of Arabia the one on Sheikh Zayed? They seem to have a workshop and is that a Diavel I see during the interview?

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Eagle eyes! yes, it's a workshop and yes, it's a Diavel with its ultra-fat tyre :)

    No chance of shifting that out of the sand by yourself I did the same once and the bike just stood up it was dug in so deep!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It was a complete disaster! And for sure, you don't need a stand...

    Don’t know how you get those cameras into such tight spaces!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it's a bit hairy sometimes, as the cameras are sometimes less than an inch away from the ground, a chain or a tyre, but honestly, there's nothing as versatile as these Drifts!

    What about that screen did it give you any protection and how do you adjust it?

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It takes some of the pressure off at speed, and it's a 3-position ratchet that you adjust manually

    Is it an 800cc triple? And do they make a bigger version - Im looking for something for a good bit of touring and don’t want a GS!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, it's an 800cc triple - they came in various states of tune, from 110 to about 140bhp. If you don't tour with tons of gear, this will be plenty for you, especially if you ride solo. You can check out their models here: www.mvagusta.com/en/models

      They talk about 'motorcycle art', and the logo is certainly handsome!

    What’s the console like when you’re riding? It seems a bit washed out for those conditions!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's our poor camera-work, I'm afraid - we shot it from the side with the sun on it. In fact, it's easily legible and nicely coloured, too.

    Is the quickshift slick? I’ve rode a few where you can never get out of first without the clutch

    • @BossBikesClub

      It really is smooth - one of the easiest we've used!

    Can you review the Dragster next?

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We'd love to, but we've done two 800cc triples from MV in quick succession, so we might wait till that model renews...thanks for the tip though - it's a great looking bike!

    @britboyinsa 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    As you pointed out it’s not a bike I’ve heard a lot about. I’m actually ok with the looks and don’t find it as over the top as a GS and it keeps those stylish pipes :)

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      it's so much smaller and more nimble than the GS. They both have distinctive engines, which is cool. The GS would work off-road, and this one really didn't!

    I went for a ride on one of these to see if I’d trade up from Triumph - I like the triples. Loved the bike but just didn’t trust the support network. Shame really, it’s a class act that MV

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's probably true of any bike - you want to make sure service and support are readily to hand. If you were in Dubai, Wheels of Arabia do a great job.

    As an owner of more than one motorcycle and owner of an RC model of MV Agusta, I´ve to say, never had so bad service than from MV Agusta and that for several months until today, spare parts are not available. So it is good to have another bike to ride...

    These pipes are wicked!

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They really are - they're not stock, but in our view, the stock-triple exhaust is even prettier!

    The problem with MVs is that you can never find a dealer and if you are really thinking of going touring with it you know something will break along the way and whoever you take it to will just through their hands up in the air and say they cant get parts or something so what’s the point of them doing a tourer in the first place?

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We've got to admit, you have a good point - the network is apparently being improved and brand seems to be in safer financial hands now, so let's hope they sort it out. It especially matters when you tour, as you say.

    One of the most beautiful bikes but what about reliability? I saw a video of an owner who had many problems.
    I am considering to buy this bike but this video and the costumer support stop me..

    • @BossBikesClub
      @BossBikesClub  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      that's obviously one of the hardest things for us to assess on a review...the reputation of MV is not great on this, we've heard, but we had no evidence of failures of any type.
