With the new plan, you have to book a cruise on VV first before you can apply. With Elite status you will most likely get the Deep Blue Extra level.

they no longer offer a match to MSC 😒
I have not seen that. They don't match every level of every cruise line. You have to be at one of the top levels in order to get a status match.
