Michigan State was more locked in from the start. It’s been a problem for Ohio State dating back to the end of the Matta era. You can’t treat a Big10 game against Michigan State like you do Indiana St. It’s a different mentality.
I don’t understand why he does not play Bradshaw and Stewart together the starters should be the best players Bradshaw , Stewart , Parrish ,Mobley , Thornton but Thornton is questionable
msu fan.. keys to the game were simple but thorton could never get going, some credit to the good coverage but maybe a bad night from him too. osu has a good ball club this year, hence beating no. 4 kentucky. but my assumption on their play has been true so far, wouldn't be able to convert to b10 play. ill be watching yall, im sure ill see u better later this year!
Thornton struggles against taller guards with quickness. They tend to move him a bit farther out on the floor for his shots and then the size inside made finishing his drives more difficult. MSU always plays good defense. Once again we don't have enough consistent scorers. We're mid to lower middle of the Big Ten . ...at best.
@@Montythedog123 Actually, even under Holtman, Ohio state always won against top team in the non conference, Holtman beat Kentucky before, North Carolina, Duke. Its when BigTen play comes around the buckeyes take a dump. Wasting a scholarship on Meechie was a terrible decision.
@@ohiost74 point being. Ohio State doesn’t suck. The season is still early and they have beaten some good teams and only have losses to a few quad1 teams. If they keep at their current pace they should make the tournament at 7 or 8 seed. I think that’s a pretty good first full season for diebler but that’s just me.
