Asta is a literal genius. He mastered ki after a life-or-death crash course from Yami even calling him a freak when he got it on his second try and then goes on to master Zetten in like a day being the Chad mc he be.

I like that Yuno is not the typical "rival" to Asta. But yeah, he got stupid power ups with no training. (or at least they didn´t show it in the manga/anime) Even the most mary sue of all time, Sasuke, has to train a little for his power ups.
