    Great to finally see Jim Mullen play.. very unique sound - uses no pick. First really noticed his sound on the Better Land album.

    Jim grew to be an amazing jazz funk guitarist but I couldn’t take him with Brian because he always seemed out of tune especially on his bends😵‍💫

      I always thought the 'out of tune' accented the music. I don't know music theory but Total Eclipse has a weird scale... it takes a while to 'get off the ground' (in the studio version it breaks loose with Brian's solo).

      @@chrissupport A lot of it isn’t intentional believe me, I have literally everything Brian has done and watched all the old footage, some of it is definitely not in tune. That said, Jim went on to be an incredible jazz and acid jazz guitarist who played perfectly in tune, go figure🎸🤘🏻
