Works great with all of those. My copy of VVVVVV is on Steam. I made some calibration videos that I uploaded to TH-cam (th-cam.com/video/qyFsF5lzr6A/w-d-xo.html) and it works great with all the videos I have watched. As for Netflix... I watch it in a browser and it works great. I can't promise a dedicated Netflix App won't have issues.
