@@Krieg_Sherren pike and shot existed since the late 15th century, medieval isn’t JUST the 15th century, when i think of medieval i think of around the 11th century, nowhere near the time of guns and decline of knights because that’s a time of phasing out of the medieval era

It is great you got that tailoring research done, you should probably spend some time making some more appropriately looking clothes for everyone.
Also, I know Mr Samuel Streamer had an armor rack mod in one of his series where you could store someone armor or clothes and easily switch it when needed, I think something like that would be great since having the innkeeper and his barmaid girlfriend serving people in full armor seems a bit odd. It is also pretty annoying to walk around in armor (trust me on that, I was in SCA for a while and walking around in heavy armor gets tiring after a few days).
So making an armory close to the gate with armor stands and extra weapons ready for any raid would be nice.
It is a shame you had to sell that honey, it would have made some tasty mead. It is also a shame about the traitorous blacksmith, a smith and a minstrel is what the inn need by now. But at least there will be ale soon and maybe you can get some new honey too.

You should consider adding Forifications Medievil Materials it's a sort of addon for the mod of the same name -materials that gives you more options for making your walls out of gathered pebbles.
You should use the house Doyle mod with this playthrough. It is basically a set of gear just meant for the player to use because it does not spawn its own faction like some of the other house mods. You should probably pick some of those up as well even if you do not spawn in those factions some of their armor and weapons may fit the look your going for better.
Hopefully neither the Empire nor VOID comes around anytime soon. Or at all, for that matter.

you should dye and trade the cloth , and have sheep to also produce wool and flax , cloth from cotton , wool , and linen was extremely profitable during the middle age , the english , dutch , and florentine traded dyed yarn , and silk for fortune

So I (and most likely others) am a huge Game of Thrones fan so I'd suggest adopting some names from there where applicable. Some of my favourites are Torrhen or Dondarrion (I know its a surname but there is no word more fun to say). I'd also suggest Baldric from Blackadder as a setting appropriate name.
Also you should call one of the boars Robert for the reference.
