It's really depends on your background. If you come from non-IT background, then here is my advise: 1. ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification. 2. Certified Agile Tester (CAT) . 3. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). There are lot more. But those sould be good to be a team lead even.
