Read understand make notes and the move to the next chapter. Also, note down the best case scenarios and the worst case scenarios which you have experienced. During interviews, you can use these examples , so that you can take the conversation to highlight your area of expertise. I do suggest to write notes on regular intervals , after every project gets over. Like we do retrospective meeting, note down your learning n the team's learnings. And also, have the pointers to improve the areas.have time based goals. In nutshell, upskilling should be Mantra. Interview preparation is a part of it.

Naveen i am really impressed with your Mock Interview on Testing. I really enjoy giving interviews. Even i started learning Automation Selenium. I am more experienced in Manual testing but not really into Automation. Still i did little automation. The way you asked the real time scenario questions is really good. I revealed my answers and most of those are matching along with your feedack.But one thing i can saythat recently i have attended interview for one of the good company and they havent asked these type of questions. Also most of their questions i answered with practical example not just direct single line definitions which i never bilieve in. Also i havent answered for two that to partially not directly i said i dnt know. I tried and given my answers. Anyways they rejected me at the first round itself. Finally One main thing i can say here that most of the companies dnt want the people who can do work , they are not conserned about the attitudes and interest towrads work. They are just checking their checklist if more than two questions are not answered or any answer is not matching with their answer then simply they are rejecting. I am not really understanding poeples perspective.
