Most of the interview candidates may not be strong at basics though they know the concepts .. To be frank , we have to be strong at basics in interviews because first impression is always the best impression .. If an interviewer notice that candidate is not strong at basics , interviewer may get a negative impression over the candidate .. so basics are important and coming to the session , it was a good interview session and will be helpful to the candidates who are trying for the tester position .. Thank you naveen for conducting this type of interviews to us .. 🤝🤝🤝🤝

Actually quite interesting channel here. From such interviews definitely can be learned something. I just felt that there was some unnecessary questions. But if the goal is to check all basics as much as possible thats ok with me.
I liked questions regarding technical part JAVA and Selenium, but there I was confused is how deep those questions should be? It felt that questions was related to senior automation position, not junior. Would be great to understand the level of question - senior, mid or junior and the reason why such questions have been asked in the end.
    I liked feedback part
    Thank for such content!

Hey Naveen can you make videos for below high level questions which are basically asked to lead test engineer
    1. you have high level requirements as a lead how will you plan ,choose tools ,create documentation ,create reusable framework
    2. What is in sprint automation( I have read this term but couldn't understand as it states you have to develop automation script in the same sprint as feature developed but it will basically navigate our focus to development and we may miss deliverables in terms of execution I couldn't understand it's benefits)
    3. How can we make use of shell scripting, python scripting,AWS and docker within automation
    4. Apart from selenium which open automation tool would you suggest to learn ( I have been asked for this several times)

    1. How do you handle web elements where their ids or xpaths are dynamically changing. ?
    2. in Web automation after login in db you need to verify one flag true or false (loggedIn flag), in this case which wait do you use in your script, on which element do you apply wait ?

Also, have you seen anyone in your tenure; coming from non-IT to IT without a technical degree but just with the knowledge of : SDLC, STLC, medium-level terminology, how to write and execute test cases and build post-execution reports.
Fun fact: Your voice is very similar to Peepoye TH-camr or vice versa , like 90% similar :)
Hoping a reply cause that will help many others like me who wants to change domain 🤗

@naveen or anyone aware please can anyone clarify one of my doubt, objects of interface - as far as i got to know from various online tutorial it is not possible also logically also it wll be of no use because interface will not have any method body, but then there is something called Anonymous inner class which says we can create objects of interface if we directly override all the methods of the interface by providing body. So little confused

Please tell the answers right before you switch to next question so that if we also have any confusions it will be cleared.. as a viewer we don’t really know few concepts so that we can learn too.. as this is not a real interview I think it’s absolutely okay to share the answer
