Why do soo many breeders sale all their crossbred Charllios heifers instead of adding them as replacement heifers ?

Hello Hello Drs., I have a question and I am very new to Catteling. First drop to the ground heifers is one thing which you look for, but why would that be beneficial, due to the reason they were most probably breed in their mama heifer first? Thank you all and Blessings!
