Ay up t'lad You've probably had all these thoughts, but maybe you haven't, so here goes: 1) the cars that aren't yours: do any pay towards the cost of the yard? If yes, is there another space in town you could rent to move them to? Would the income cover the outgoing? And if the pay nowt, you'll just have to tell them to go away nicely. 2) has that nice Boaty chap got anywhere to store any? 3) I'm sure the Audi, if nowt else, will sell easily, quickly and for a fair price. 4) harsh as this is, and it is, if push comes to shove then sell some for scrap: it'll bring in some cash and appease t'landlord. My Personal thoughts I would find another unit or barn on a farm with flexible use..I think your landlord has been giving hints for sometime but sadly you have worked hard to address the issues that have been raised. Start a new chapter find a great place the Landlord wants the whole yard for storage units he has shrunk your usage beyond fairness Its your lifestyle/business and you strive for your goals its really hard but you have made major efforts. My Vehicles are parked about I own 10.. 90% are taxed MOT and insured but surely my 10 vehicles would be better in a storage type unit. Where I can SORN 90% of them so if its a convertible tax it from April To October and my winter vehicle Range Rover November to March and have a daily driver which is taxed all year round. Obviously I do a different kind of Hobby job as mine is courier work and I am trying to buy a nice trailer for moving cars about..So a storage unit would be wise. Used to work for this guy down Hove in East Sussex, He was a Rover Guy in Auntie type cars and Jaguars Mercedes, He had a Sales room that housed Six cars and two outside and workshop in Brighton which did breakdown/restoration and car stripping. But one day Me and the Mechanic had a task of filling the car yard called Rope tackle Within a few hours we literally filled this yard with cars I had never ever knew this guy owned blew my mind completely there were empty spaces where cars once sat. I collected a few cars on the truck from various locations I loved the driving side PB4 Rover was my favorite but also a 105 Rover 2.6 with two tone paintwork one of his best cars in his sales collection.. Oh and I cannot leave out the two other favorite cars Alvis TD21 Coupe with 5 speed gearbox in it raw state but the ultimate was an Austin Beardsmore taxi which I got to drive.. Being an ex taxi driver from Coventry was like driving a 50s Cab in 1996 its making me cry thinking about it..omg.. Wish you well on your future progress life won't be the same not watching your quirky videos.. puts a smile on my face often..

Yes, this was my thought too. Security’s going to be a greater issue in the future and there’s a history of theft there. Part of the charm is the big, 60s style yard that Paul wanders around in and, if that’s gone, it’s going to feel different. The open and relaxed environment in the yard is a character in the production.

Are you open to a trade for the metro of do you want cash sale only?
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Not being smart but if your buying and selling or braking car's make sure its not rovers
You knew it was coming, but I don't think you wanted to believe it so carried on and made it worse for yourself.
Hi Paul just watched the vid I’ll drop you a email because it’s late now but I’d be interested in possibly a job lot offer but I’ll put some info on a email over to you
I think you have to consider the fact that it’s the end of an era and tbh end of the yard. 10-15 containers means 10-15 more people coming in the yard, leaving the gate open, having keys to the yard. I’d not be surprised if a later video comes back with missing batteries and cats again…..still, sad times.
