I am from Ikotantia Abiouyai In Ibiono in Aqwaibom state and I live in Georgia and the last time I visited Uyo was in 2013 and Aqwaibom is now more beautiful than the time I came back to America I am so happy with was I am watching may the God almighty continue to prosper and bless Aqwaibom and bless Nigeria and the people in JESUS name amen and amen ❤❤❤❤❤
Please there is this popular private estate in Oron road I guess, I heard it's the finest estate currently in Uyo, please can you help us with a video about the estate view, thank you
@@kingsleybassey7469 yeah, exactly, Shelter Afrique. Exactly houses there are very expensive and the estate is beautiful. Thank for reminding me. It has always been on my plan to cover this area but sometimes it will skip my memory. I will sure do the video by this weekend.
Thanks for your comment. I will answer based on my experience. First things first, it all depends on your Capital. There are several businesses to start and blossom in Akwa Ibom. 1. Agriculture: after travelling to North and North Central, I concluded that Akwa Ibomites don't farm. They only farm for family consumption and they leave large hectares of land unused. If you want to invest in this, go to other LGAs, not Uyo, you will see cheap land to buy and start-up commercial or mechanised farming. 2. Real Estate - this can't be over-overemphasised, as I said earlier it all depends on your capital. 3. Transportation business is booming in Akwa Ibom state 4. Oil and gas of course Akwa Ibom is known for this 5. You can go into Education sector or hospitality business since people are visiting the state regularly, owning a hotel or guest house is a big investment. There are more, so I don't make this so long.
Red oil business can give you so much million am currently on it too. You are not going to farm and you don't need to be taking it to market to sale before making profit. But if you're interested we can discuss better. But all you need is and office and and warehouse
akwa ibom is south south.. never an igbo state.. and it is extremely peaceful and welcoming indigenes, myself as a yoruba guy.. loves it more than Lagos
Oga am Igbo we are never tagging awka ibom as south east that what u assum just that akwa ibom is a negbouring state to ABA and ebonyi enough is beautiful with the most good road network nd owerri
Development is not roads and buildings. It's education outcomes, health outcomes, jobs, low poverty rates and industralization. Essentially it's about how well people are doing. Without that, you are not developed
U can’t have industries without solid road network how will u transport your goods if u have no sustainable roads? Industrialization is coming with time but it needs to be locally driven we don’t need outsiders dominating our industries it’s best to have locally investors to the general public will not only benefit but money remains in the state!
There is no airport in akwa ibom by name, akwa ibom international airport. The name of the airport is Victor Attah international airport. Call it by it right name
All I see is bad leadership without foresight…… beautiful and world class roads with poverty houses scattered all over the fine roads….. you sighted a four point hotel in ikot ekpene which was suppose to be in ibeno beach …. Go to the beach you see eyesore houses again….oh my country, this is not just an awka ibom problem, it’s same all over Nigeria…. But I love akwa ibom for one thing.. and that’s peace and the people are very welcoming and warm
Thank you. I just responded with essentially the same thing. Nigerians don't seem to understand that development is about people's well-being. It amazes me that I have not seen a single youtuber show do something about schools and hospitals. I don't blame most though. It's about exposure. What most call beautiful would be considered eyesores in developed countries.

Surely Igbos love good things and they are aleady tagging Akwaibom as Igbo state. Is AKwaibom part of Southeast states?
