This is such a full circle moment for someone who has watched probably every episode of Mile Higher. I’m so proud to witness the growth and accomplishments! Congratulations on such a monumental guest! I am in total awe of this and I can’t imagine how fulfilling this was for you guys ❤
Yesssss as someone who has watched since the beginning this was so awesome to watch. The growth that this channel has been through these last few years has been awesome to watch! I love Kendall and Josh and just the entire mile higher crew so much!
I have been watching this podcast since the early days... it's making me emotional because I know how much Graham has been mentioned on this pod and how much he has impacted Josh and Kendall's research over the years. This is a big moment! 💚
@@ian10064 dr Steven Greer! I appreciate him mentioning his friend who had the opposite experience. Even me with cbd i get numb and feel intense despair/hopelessness. Different things can affect people differently.
Since I don't know if your experience my thought is seek a shaman guided expedience. As Graham as pointed out, everyone is different and maybe this is part of your path. Just because you had a not so good expedience, is that a problem to be solved, overcome?
Two episodes of Graham Hancock!! I’m SO RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY! ❤❤❤ I have so much respect and appreciation for this man!! He’s way ahead of his time, and his work is so important!
@@skelly0000 This comment comes from kindness, but you need to read his work. I can tell you haven’t. It’s immensely well-researched with reverence to all customs and cultures involved. I’ve never read anything more thought-provoking that is from our era. I think you’ll enjoy next week’s episode more. They will no doubt get into inaccurate historical timelines via the younger dryas theory and pre-date ancient civilizations. I literally got chills when josh said he had a kind of awakening while on a mission trip because I had a very similar experience of being on a church trip during high school and during a devotional/study session I kept having questions that no one could answer or wanted to answer and I found myself getting angry and for the first time seeing myself outside of the realm of evangelicalism that I was raised in and asking myself, “do I even truly believe this? What is going on? Nothing is adding up and I want to be the best Christian I can be but the people who are supposed to answer these questions are coming up empty and so am I.” This was also right before cry night and for the first time in my entire life I couldn’t make myself connect with the “Holy Spirit”, I just felt very uncomfortably out of place and wanted to go home.
I love hearing about Kendall and Josh’s psychedelic experiences. No wonder you guys are so compassionate, non judgmental, empathic, loving people! It really shows on your programs. 💗
I work in a nursing home as a nurses aide and I see the loneliness that these people feel. I think home care is the best care. A lot of these people have worked their whole lives for their homes and things and all the sudden its taken from them and they're stuck in these places, it's sad.
This was a fantastic episode, guys! I grew up in the Christian- Adventist Cult and studied my way out. I too have the same fears about what if they were right? What if all of it is real? Josh, it is a feeling that can only be understood by someone who has lived it. After I left I tried to fit into mainstream Christianity and after trying to shove myself into a box for a few years, I just sort of drifted away from everything. I was 37 years old when I had my first experience with mushrooms. Because of that experience, I was finally free to follow MY path. One that I had been drawn to when I was 18 and walked away from because of brainwashing from the womb. That trip didn't make everything all better. The religious trauma is real and deep. But, with the help of psychedelics, I can actually move forward with healing.
Omg you guys!!! You have an absolute legend, and my personal hero SITTING IN YOUR STUDIO! I want to meet this man so badly. I don't know how you pulled this off, but you are officially living THE dream, as far as I'm concerned. Amazing. Absolutely amazing! Thank you, Mile Higher and thank you Mr. Hancock! Also, look at how excited Kendall is when she looks at this man! Haha Kendall I think you're feeling a lot like I'd feel in your situation! What a dream come true!
Don't love how he speaks on depression and antidepressants. It's not a "locked state of mind" it's a genuine chemical imbalance in the brain. I'm so tired of hearing people say it's just your mental state. That's so condescending and just not true. It's fine and understandable that antidepressants didn't work for him, but that doesn't make them "horrible medications." For many, including me, they drastically improve the quality of daily life
I felt the exact same way he did. They made me feel nothing, fall out of love, and eventually not even care if I lived. It was nice to hear the same experience
@@Kenzi24 oh for sure, it's totally fair and understandable to share his experience! I just don't think it's good to generalize it and demonize antidepressants overall
I consider this episode an awakening experience itself. It is so enriching to learn new perspectives on topics and opinions that are so engraved into us from a social perspective, that when I learn about these new ideas I really start to question things and how we are told what to do or how to think. Thank you for this!
I absolutely support exploring psychedelics as an alternative to regular antidepressants. However, it's extremely dangerous to talk about antidepressants the way he did. Having an influential person calling them "horrible" can lead to people giving up on the medication without adequate and controlled dose reduction, which can cause severe side effects including suicidal thoughts. It's okay that they didn't work for him but they're the reason alot of people have a better quality of life, they save lives while a better option is not available yet
I agree it can be dangerous for people to stop taking their meds but we are adults and can all make our own informed decisions and one podcast shouldn't influence such a drastic change in your life. Also, I felt the exact same way he did about taking them. They made me feel nothing, fall out of love, and eventually not care of I even lived. It was nice to hear someone with the same experience
I remember I picked up one of his books in a thrift store because the cover caught my eye, it blew my 11-year-old brain away 😂 continued to follow his work ever since. I do believe psychedelics can change your way of thinking, it did me. I think everybody should try them at least once in their lifetime.
Loved his comment about how we should focus on things here on earth before we explore space! There’s so many things we need to work on here and putting huge amounts of resources into space is so messed up to me.
WHAT? Graham Hancock! When I saw the thumbnail I figured you all would be talking about him, not TO him! What an honor to have him there in your studio in the flesh. Just getting started and can’t wait to watch the whole thing. Great job, you two! 💜
So i used to think that legalizing all drugs was the way to go, but then i worker in addiction treatment center and heard too many stories about how quickly some people got hooked on certain drugs that i no longer believe everyone should be able to have access to all drugs (which we already do really).
I agree... Lives are totally destroyed by people chasing their next high. I would have thought this true crime podcasters would be more aware of the harm they cause.
WHHATT?!?! My girl Kendall! I used to watch you in my very anxious era when I used true crime dissociate. It is so exciting to see you here on this side of things!! Sending you so much love babe!!
I disagree with Grahams historical claims (see Miniminuteman's series on him) but I agree with many of his claims about psychedelics. Excited for this episode
Same here. He was giving a speech at one festival I was attending 10 years ago. I think he is a charismatic speaker and I really enjoyed it and agreed with his takes on psychedelics and he really gave me some food for thought. Back then I didn’t even know about his pseudoscientific historical claims.
I guess my biggest fear with dabbling either psychedelics is that I'm afraid when the trip is over, I will be super depressed and experience an unimaginable low. I just can't afford to feel that way. Can anyone enlighten me on their experiences post-trip, when everything has worn off? Even Kendall said it makes her feel sad sometimes, because she realizes she is trapped in this "prison". Thanks in advanced! ❤
I've had panic attacks and severe anxiety since my last lsd trip 5 years ago :( I have tried lsd, ecstasy, and a lot of stimulants, and after taking them, you feel very depressed for a week and up to months after the trip because you run out of stored dopamine. (Your body stores domapine in vesicules, so when your brain needs it, it releases dopamine from there). I would not recommend doing drugs in high dosages if you are afraid of feeling depressed. Mushrooms in very small dosages could be okay for you. And if you decide to take psychedelics, the best tip I can give you on how to avoid a bad trip- take them in nature with people you love and feel save with and never smoke weed while on lsd!
@Victoria-gs1ve thank you for your insight! I am sorry you've been struggling after your last trip though. 😔 I have severe anxiety disorder also (diagnosed at age 7) so I'm wondering.. this stuff would either really help or REALLY hurt me LOL
psychedelics are different for everybody. intention, and how you process the situation definitely matters. as someone who has depression and panic attacks, it can be very beneficial for confronting these mental blocks head-on, and getting to the bottom of trauma while learning how to cope with it as well. i suggest starting out with a one gram of shrooms. get a feel for it, you might see some visuals depending on how your body processes it. it important to be with someone you trust, and just try to have a good time, maybe meditate, if the trip is good then wait a few days/weeks and then go up in dosage. it definitely something i think everyone should experience before they pass. take it at your own pace and it can be very rewarding :)
I was diagnosed with epilepsy at age 22 and have really grappled with how that could hold me back from my journey with psychedelics.. I had no idea Graham was epileptic as well and I have been searching for someone with knowledge on how these worlds collide. Thank you!!!
Just to correct him on one thing, Ireland is a separate country, he misspoke but just wanted to clarify that for anyone who might be confused regarding rules in Ireland vs the UK.
@TheMakeupChair It's nice that we're no longer subjects of the kingdom, but what have we done with it ? I hear that we're about to give up our neutrality to help the evil empire fight its enemies in Ukraine. If we do that , then what even was the point ?
What a treat! I absolutely respect Graham Hancock and love his take on our history. And you guys, are just perfect conversation partners. Thank you, all three of you.
I’m appreciating this episode very much, a lot to digest, and am respecting the conversation. There is a topic that comes up, about 80% into the episode, that although I appreciate your perspective and it is also a relatable perspective to have on that sensitive topic ( not time stamping intentionally, respectfully due to its influential nature) that perhaps may not need to be on the public TH-cam version due to the current rate at which people may participate i. Following through with that desire, and as a society we’re not advanced or at peace with loved ones that do that. Does this make sense? 💕
Graham Hancock is a absolute legend. His theories, findings and his thought processes are so interesting and definitely makes those who do not have a closed off mind, an outlook to a different way of thinking. Getting out of or steering out of the straight line historical narrative.
Not just because of his extremely calming voice, but the logic and love that comes through when listening to this man….. I could listen 24/7. So enlightening and happy vibes af
A rough ride Graham. But yes, you are clearly touching the odd nerve. I am a passionate follower of your work, since Finger Prints (I am in my 69th year), and I see no issue with any of your well placed speculations. They are fascinating. Your conduct is mostly impeccable, always human. An open mind is always welcome. What you hold in your heart and place in your mind, ... matters. I can tell anyone, and do, that I have experienced some unusual insights. Our species; our back story - all of it matters. You are guided, in your work, by a very beneficial intent. Thank you.
I have followed Graham for only a short time, but there is so much in what he says that makes sense. I grew up with purity culture and other things that are too much to comment about but they lead me to open my mind to true spirituality. I wish we here in America could realize the benefits of being able to experience these journeys. Ive done journeys in the past and wish I had better access with out the risk to my freedom and other consequences of the illegal stances
Wow im a big fan of Graham hancock thankyou for this. What an interesting intelligent man that has put his lifes work into truth seeking. People will look back on this footage after he's gone and realise he spoke the real truth of our planet

I literally teared up about ~11 min into the episode... I've been listening to MHP since very early on and this is thinking about if y'all knew his would happen in the future....MINDBLOWING!! Sooo excited for the second episode with Graham💚
Love that Terence McKenna was mentioned so early. I resonate so much with what was discussed that it's too much to type. But what Kendall said about her experiences was exactly how I felt too. I feel sad for those who haven't or aren't able to experience psychedelics in a positive way and realize how trapped we are mentally.

I’ve been so enthralled this whole episode. I cannot believe you have Graham freaking Hancock on the show! I’ve been watching since day one and I’m so happy, proud, excited, in awe of how far you’ve come. This is huge.
I loved and appreciated the conversation regarding the difference between religion and spirituality. I’ve always considered myself a bit of a spiritual agnostic and I enjoyed his POV on religion.
So happy for you guys, I know this is a huge accomplishment. I love the topics you guys are willing to talk about; you are significantly open minded about the universe, it’s origins, and natural ways to access our higher selves (consciousness)
After following y’all for so long and watching you guys grow, this is such a huge full circle moment 🥺 I am so happy for everyone at the MHP, y’all deserve this!

YOOOOO CONGRATULATIONS ON SUCH AN EPIC GUEST EXPERIENCE! This is by far one of the most interesting conversations you’ve got to have on this platform. One of those “started from the bottom, now we’re here” type moments. 👏🏼🖤
This was the best podcast episode I’ve ever listened to; not only from Mile Higher, but overall. It was thought provoking, spiritually enlightening, and even tear jerking at times. We truly are imprisoned in terms of our consciousness, and this was a hopeful and inspiring listen that changed and enhanced so many of my own perspectives of what life is, and what life could be. Thanks so much to all of you for such an incredible, incredible episode. Looking forward to the next!!
I enjoyed this SO much….listening to Graham’a thoughts on the human race’s connection with spirituality and the hope for our future was really uplifting….especially while out walking amongst nature on a gorgeous sunny day in Scotland ❤️ thank you so much for this episode!
Hi. I was wondering if you guy's could cover the Delphi murders case. On Kendall's channel she started the process 3 years ago before Richard Allen's arrest. The thing is both Richard and Kegen are starting the court process, it deserves more attention. Libby and Abby were murdered in 2017, they were 14 and 13 years old. Please consider re-interviewing Libby's older sister. You guy's have such reach, you really focus on the details, and all of you bring another perspective to the case that's why I your channels. 🙋♀️
I almost fell out of my chair when I saw who your guest was!!! I love his outlook on psychedelics and have said many of the things he says about these substances (medicines ❤). I have said hundreds of times to my friends and family that if our politicians and people in charge used psychedelics, the world would be a much happier place! Much love to you all!
I am so curious and what to experience this. I have done so much work on myself my shadow work. I want to be an even better person everyday. Wish there was somwhere near me that i could safely experience it
I'm from India and we have aghoris who are basically ascetics who live a life outside of society and do partake in psychedelics and other materials to pursue spirituality. Many times they are considered to be people who are more spiritually advance and know more about the world than normal people. Their practices are very old, so old that we don't even know how old lol
Wow what an amazing episode!! You guys actually managed to get Graham Hancock on the show 😍 Kendall have you considered growing your own cannabis plant? You could enjoy the journey of feeding your plant and watching it grow, the process takes time but by the end you may be excited to have a taste rather than anxious or you might decide it’s not for you and that is also ok 💖
Very much respect you both for being able to spend the majority of your time together fully listening and only offering insight, personal experiences and further perspective when appropriate. Can’t imagine spending time with this man and holding back from actively trying to pick apart his brilliant brain. Love that you both had this full-circle experience, y’all definitely deserve it! ❤

Best episode ever! On so many levels. It has been a while since we've visited the psychedelic topic. Ironically right after one of the most intense experiences of my life. Just to correct him on one thing, Ireland is a separate country, he misspoke but just wanted to clarify that for anyone who might be confused regarding rules in Ireland vs the UK.
I'm sure he said Northern Ireland? Northern Ireland is part of the UK... I don't get the correction your making?

@TheMakeupChair It's nice that we're no longer subjects of the kingdom, but what have we done with it ?
I hear that we're about to give up our neutrality to help the evil empire fight its enemies in Ukraine.
If we do that , then what even was the point ?

What a treat! I absolutely respect Graham Hancock and love his take on our history. And you guys, are just perfect conversation partners. Thank you, all three of you.
Very interesting video. I just wish you would interview an indigenous psychedelics expert/shaman as well to hear more about the history.
Not from a censorship standpoint, but a rather just a compassionate one.
He narrates his own books on audible
A rough ride Graham. But yes, you are clearly touching the odd nerve. I am a passionate follower of your work, since Finger Prints (I am in my 69th year), and I see no issue with any of your well placed speculations. They are fascinating. Your conduct is mostly impeccable, always human. An open mind is always welcome. What you hold in your heart and place in your mind, ... matters.
I can tell anyone, and do, that I have experienced some unusual insights. Our species; our back story - all of it matters. You are guided, in your work, by a very beneficial intent. Thank you.
Graham Hancock has such a brilliant mind. I am awestruck whenever I get to listen to him talk.
Incredible! Thanks for almost 2 hrs of goosebumps, and what an honor to listen to💛 You all must be so thrilled to have connected with such a LEGEND!!
I’m so proud of y’all for getting Graham Hancock on here. What an awesome episode! Can’t wait for episode 2!
Wow im a big fan of Graham hancock thankyou for this. What an interesting intelligent man that has put his lifes work into truth seeking. People will look back on this footage after he's gone and realise he spoke the real truth of our planet
As a Day 1 Mile Higher Homie it made me so happy to finally see Graham on here!! So proud of you guys! ❤
So excited for this episode!!! My favorites are where they just take our minds a mile higher ❤✌🏼❤✌🏼❤
Love you Kendall and Josh!
This was one of our favorite episodes for sure!
my favorite guest yet!!! i can’t get enough of these episodes
This was certainly so fascinating! I could listen to you guys chat with Graham all day.
Oh my goodness what a fantastic episode. This is EXACTLY what mile higher is all about. My heart is so full. You guys are incredible ❤
This is truly the best episode of Mile Higher. Congratulations guys, you should be so proud!
This episode is definitely putting your mind a mile higher!! So cool to see y’all get to talk to one of the most brilliant minds in our generation. This is definitely a full circle experience. 💚
This has been your best episode yet. Thank you! ❤
I got misty eyed when Josh talked about leaving Christianity, being atheist, and then discovering spirituality. That was a beautiful moment.
i’ve been watching y’all especially kendall since my junior yr of high school and i’m so so so fulfilled in this moment
I hope more dive into the subject of consciousness and I am speaking going historically across the world, too. My wife watches a lot of you two and she showed me this episode! Thanks Graham and both of you for presenting!
I already enjoy watching you both! Graham is one of my top people I'd love to have a conversation with one day! This is such an amazing conversation! I can't wait for the next one! ❤
Yaaaay!!! I’ve been listening to you guys since 2018, how exciting to have Graham on the show! Way to go guys! So awesome!
I’ve been so enthralled this whole episode. I cannot believe you have Graham freaking Hancock on the show! I’ve been watching since day one and I’m so happy, proud, excited, in awe of how far you’ve come. This is huge.
Yesssss omg I'm crying I'm so happy someone else knows our purpose is love and we don't need leaders when we know that 💗
I loved and appreciated the conversation regarding the difference between religion and spirituality.
I’m not even 3 minutes into this one and I can tell you it’s my favorite episode of yours yet. Love him
Absolutely Fascinating. Love Graham and the knowledge he brings.
After following y’all for so long and watching you guys grow, this is such a huge full circle moment 🥺 I am so happy for everyone at the MHP, y’all deserve this!
SO proud of you guys! Thankyou all for such an amazing episode with Graham!
i’ve been watching Kendall and Mile Higher for so so so long, the MH podcasts especially have become a daily part of my life. i’ve been waiting for this episode, i knew it would come and i am so happy for you both!! what an amazing, incredible, and inspiring achievement. 😄
I am super pumped about this one guys!!! I freaking LOVE Graham Hancock! 😍😍😍 Obsessed! Thanks for this !!
Yesss! Loved this episode! So happy to see Graham on your podcast ! Can’t wait for the next episode, I loved watching ancient apocalypse
Wow, remember so long ago you guys mentioning having guests on the show, great minds.. You've achieved that and I must really love you guys because I'm getting GOOSEBUMPS writing this!! So proud of you all!!! ✨️🫶
YOOOOO CONGRATULATIONS ON SUCH AN EPIC GUEST EXPERIENCE! This is by far one of the most interesting conversations you’ve got to have on this platform. One of those “started from the bottom, now we’re here” type moments. 👏🏼🖤
Just started watching.. this is going to be your best one yet! What a guy! ❤
I am so happy “we” are having this convo
He’s got me wanting to try more!
I love that he really does carry this episode, y’all barely gotta talk.
Maybe let's not call them "drugs" if we want to engage in a legitimate discussion.
@@KaiLucasZachary I hear you, you’re right!
What a brilliant episode! Another Brit here, what an excellent human!!!! Thank you for this!
Congratulations guys! What an incredible podcast, Graham Hancock is a treasure to this planet❤️
I have anxiety and I really wanna try psychedelics but I’m scared I’m going to have a bad trip lol
I never had anxiety until I took lsd😂 it's been 5 years since that trip, and I still have panic attacks 😅
I enjoyed this SO much….listening to Graham’a thoughts on the human race’s connection with spirituality and the hope for our future was really uplifting….especially while out walking amongst nature on a gorgeous sunny day in Scotland ❤️ thank you so much for this episode!
WOOOOOOOOO DUDE!!! Stokeddddd for this episode. Please please please continue down this route 😍😍😍
Am I the only person that has experienced the same teachings others get from these psychedelics without any drugs?
I haven’t even started watching and I already know this is going to be my favorite episode. ❤
This is an incredible episode and experience 👏 🙌
What an amazing show!! Graham was so eloquent & mind expanding. Proud of you guys! 🫶🫶
Iboga doesn’t get enough attention. It’s amazing! I’ve experienced my godself on Iboga. And quit smoking to boot!
How does this episode only have 124k views ? Come on people get it together its Graham Hancock FFS 💯💯💯
This was a FANTASTIC episode and I cannot wait for part 2. ❤❤❤
You guys actually managed to get Graham Hancock on the show 😍
Kendall have you considered growing your own cannabis plant? You could enjoy the journey of feeding your plant and watching it grow, the process takes time but by the end you may be excited to have a taste rather than anxious or you might decide it’s not for you and that is also ok 💖
Very much respect you both for being able to spend the majority of your time together fully listening and only offering insight, personal experiences and further perspective when appropriate. Can’t imagine spending time with this man and holding back from actively trying to pick apart his brilliant brain.
Love that you both had this full-circle experience, y’all definitely deserve it! ❤
I’ve found I get way more paranoia and anxiety when I smoke sativa
I stick to indica and indica dominant hybrids. 1:28:30
Also getting the drinks versus smoking it seems to help with that as well I don’t get those symptoms.
How amazing to have Graham! Great episode. My fav.
Absolutely enjoyed this podcast!❤
🧡'd being a 🪰 on the wall during this entire conversation. you guys are the best; thank you for the hours and hours of enriching dialogue that you provide.
This was a fascinating episode
Thanks, very good and much appreciated
hoping you guys make a video abt the submarine as usual love this upload !!
Watching this off shrooms it takes on a whole new meaning it’s 5am I’m tripping and I love you guys for making this great content
Best episode ever! On so many levels. It has been a while since we've visited the psychedelic topic. Ironically right after one of the most intense experiences of my life. While I always try to carry with me the things that I learn and experience with psychedelics, there is always more to continue learning. The words spoken in this video helped me to process so much of and remember forgotten wisdoms of my experience. On another note, you guys have come so far, you do so much good, and I just love the community you have created among your entire company. ❤❤
