So I’m year late- but I love this! Gum chewing whispers are my favorite trigger! And combined with weightlifting- which I also love- wow!! Great work! Thank you for the relaxing and interesting video 😊
Don't usually go over 40kg try to keep things light and strict. I tore my pec about 7 years ago on a 150kg bench press attempt and since recovering from that went to higher reps, lighter weights, strict form as I was out of action for 3 months and it was miserable
I'm actually carrying a few niggling tendon injuries as from age 17-25 I used to go heavy, do 1 rep maxes and all that and absolutely battered my body over that period which I'm paying the price for a bit now. I'd tell anyone whos starting out to go lighter and focus on form instead to preserve the body in the future
@@jaywhispersasmr i get it. I also try to preserve the repetitions and execution of the movement. Lately, I've been trying my best to lift the weight of exercises to get more volume and preserve the execution and reps.
@@jaywhispersasmr But generally, I lift 20 kilos each side on the biceps as well. The problem is that I train at home and my financial conditions are not that high so I am very limited in terms of load
Hiya! Really appreciate these videos that are just a bit longer and have other triggers. The tapping of the plate was particularly good.
Thank you, noted for future videos
