Hey man I noticed you said you were looking for tips. I’d recommend setting the cables higher when you’re doing lateral raises on the cables. That way you can really focus on tasking the muscle at its most stretched position (the bottom in this case) and potentially get even more stimulus for growth.

Actually brother im kind of a gym nerd, in 2 years i have my personal trainer degree, and i do a lot of research work. Dropsets wont cause more gains. Straight sets will always be superior since dropsets create wayy too much fatigue so you wont be as strong as you would be if you just did a normal set. The stimulus to fatigue ratio is not worth it. You dont get extra gains from doing dropsets BUT you get a great pump (which is irrelevant for gains but is enjoyable) AND if you enjoy doing dropsets its fine just keep in mind it will cause some fatigue! ❤💪

When you see yourself getting bigger and more defined, you feel like a beast and every time you go back to the gym and feel like you've done a genuinely good workout with some aches and sweat, you know it's a good sign 😅
You’d probably benefit from a strength training phase (low reps, higher intensity), switching between hypertrophy and strength is beneficial if your mindset is growth.
Tbh that’s what I’m doing right now, some days I train with lower reps higher weights, most my training however is higher sets, lower weights which is more for hypertrophy. I enjoy this a lot more than strength training tbh😃

Try putting in a excercise where your arms are above your head or at least where u get elbow flexion. Examples can be skull crushers or overhead extensions etc. Lets you target more of your tricep. Its not essential but just a tip. Most importsnt is as you are sayinh yourself: train hard and progressive overload. Thats how you will get big

I now prefer the feeling of cable Tricep push downs and I can feel it more and seem to grow quicker this way. I also don’t want to get HUGE in build as it will make me less flexible and slow. My ideal body is an aesthetic body like Zyzz or Alex Eubank 😃

@@ASMRIzakthat’s because the the tricep is made up of three heads and push downs target mainly the lateral head where it’s easiest to grow but when you do overhead or skull crushers and get that stretch on the tricep is where you should get most growth from it it does the long head more which is bigger and can make your arms fill out more but at the end of the day if something works for you and enjoy the movement and it feels good you should keep doing it
U said u don’t u feel ur triceps when u do pull downs which I also had this problem until I’ve tried to do mind to muscle connection, I found out tryna flex each time u r about to hit the bottom and holding it there for about 5-10 seconds burns the triceps way more

I change up my work outs for most the days of the week, I’m still working on my official program which includes cardio too😅 and within one of my future gym videos I will release my full workout program 💜
Imo warm up set never counts. I do a light weight and controlled motion to really get all those muscles fiber nice for whatever muscle your working and what you would do after is a fairly heavy weight 6-10 till failure for 2 sets and for the last set. A nice heavy weight for 5 reps but aim for six of those and you really see progress trust, but also food intake matters sadly lol but you’re looking good bro. Keep up the hard work💪🏽🫶🏼
And usually its just based on whether ur right or left handed! Im right handed and both parents are too. So our right arms are stronger than our lefts. But my sister is left handed and her left arm is stronger. But genetics do play a part for sure
