What is the formulation of zn% from zinc sulphate monohydrate in titration with ammonia buffer solution and dry sodium Edta with ammonia buffer solution.
Sulphuric acid addition is not necessary, as zinc sulphate is freely soluble in water. Furthermore, You are not taking necessary precautions while preparing the standard solution . You are keeping glass rod out of the beaker, while dissolving the solute....
Thank you mam for your reply. I am actually a mechanic engineer. But started a startup that requires me to test percentage of Zinc in Zinc Dust. I have bought an ASTM standard method but unable to completely understand it. The way you explained it is exceptional. Thats why I just wanted to know if I can use Zinc Dust.
You can use the normality equation N1V1=N2V2 and substitute the values 0.1 and 0.01 in place of N1 and N2 and accordingly substitute the V values with respect to how much volume of solution you need
I have uploaded complete details along with the theory behind it in the video for which I have shared the link here. th-cam.com/video/L6gMlWErXE8/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for ur explanation ma'am
It was really helpful ❤️
My pleasure☺🙏
Good explanation mam😊
Thank you☺🙏
superb explanation 👍🏻
Thank you☺🙏
osm explanation mam
Thank you☺🙏
Very nice ma'am 😘
Thank you☺🙏
Nice
Thank you 😊🙏
Plz tell me zinc oxide is 3% max (% by mass) sol.prepared with Edta with also calculated
Very.nice

preparation of 1 mol of edta solution in 1 litre pls tell me how to makw
Super....👌.v.good.👍
Thank you 😊🙏
Thank u mam for giving a wonderful practicality of complexometric titrations
Thanks mam
My pleasure☺🙏
How to make buffer
Hi Mam. Can I use Zinc Dust to prepare the Zinc Sulfate Solution? Thanks
But easiest way is to directly prepare it using readily available zinc sulphate crystals...
There will be accuracy of values too since it's titration

U can prepare zinc sulphate from zinc dust which requires treating zinc dust with sulphuric acid..
Calculation

Check out the calculation part
Mam how to reduce the concentration of kcl solution from 0.1N to 0.01N in determination of cell constant experiment

@@sgkmistrylectures mam by directly adding distill water can be converted or not mam
Can be converted
Take 10 ml 0.1 N and make up the volume in 100 ml std flask using distilled water
@@sgkmistrylectures Thanks mam 🙏🙏
What is strength of EDTA you have prepared ? Wine red colour not turns to blue, we want to know the mistake

If there is problem with change in colour, just check if the indicator which you have used is prepared accordingly.. 👍
Mam readings
Where is calculation
Boron oxide in amount
Dear Madam, your explanation is excellent. Please wear a lab coat and safety goggles for your safty.
Thank you so much☺🙏
